Beware of this company's business practices. This company loved me when I spent over $11k for a desk & file cabinet. However when I dared to place an order for a $1,100 cabinet, they tried to charge me a price much higher than they originally promised me. The President of the company didn't seem to care about this "Bait & Switch" game they played on me. He even lied to the Better Business Bureau which I proved by showing an actual email from the company showing the lower price offered to me. I don't trust this company and I am sorry I ever wasted over $11,000 with them. Their prices are outrageous and the customer service is non existent. And worse, they tried to take advantage of me by trying to charge me a higher price than they offered ne in an email.

I recently had a customer service concern with my media wall. Ryan provided amazing customer service and the issue was resolved.

I spent $11k on a custom home office and Murphy bed. I have been happy for a few years, but one of the panels from the Murphy bed has come undone. I have it clamped so that it does not become damaged, but I cannot put the bed up or move it. I cannot use my home office for work. For almost seven weeks I have been talking to customer service and they have twice canceled someone to come look at it and fix it. I am using my living room as my office in the mean time. I won’t buy from Stone Creek again because of this. I understand they are short handed. Everyone is. The panel/construction should not have been a problem to begin with. It is not even 3 years old and they are charging me a trip fee and the rest will be under warranty if deemed appropriate IF they ever show up!!! Unacceptable!!!

I loved our experience at stonecreek furniture. We have used them 4 times in 17 years. We just finished up having our Peninsula desk in our office touched up with them. The stain on the wood rubs off over time from arms resting on top. They did an excellent job making it like new. Service is always great. My last review from them has disappeared. Note they are only taking larger orders these days. Have any questions on how to care for your purchase just call and ask. They will give you a price and other recommendations as well. Super cool!

Were giving Stonecreek Furniture a 5 star review. They worked closely with us to plan our kitchen, wine center, bathrooms and main closet for our new custom home. They were diligent in contacting us, and following up with questions. While we did have a few glitches with the installation, they promptly followed up to fix items. In general, the cabinets are very good quality, the people are friendly, and we are happy customers! A special call out to ****************** and **** for their great support and service.

I ordered 2 large area built-ins(shelving and cabinetry) and a desk from Stone Creek Furniture. I worked with Ariel and she was great . From start to finish, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and curtious! I love how everything looks...as if it was original to the house and it has given me so much additional storage! My only negative issue would be on the time it took in production.... 8 months from placing order to installation! I don't believe that is always the case though; it was probably due to supply chain and employee hiring issues!

I cannot recommend this Company. I employed them to install new cupboards and granite in my kitchen, spending $25-30K. They did this, but six months later, I discovered that water had been leaking from under the largest counter area due an improper install of either the dishwasher or the kitchen sink. There was mold. The entire very large granite slab had to be removed and all the cupboards as well. It was repaired and replaced. Now, six years later, (and it would have been five, had I attended to the matter sooner) the counter tops are yellowing mostly in the high use area. I used the products that they had recommended on my countertops and I am the only person using the kitchen so it doesn't get a lot of use. Stonecreek (SC) refused to do anything about the problem. Each time I called the company, and was told that someone would get back to me, it was always I who made the follow-up phone call. I then had Beyond Stone Solutions, a company they recommended look at the granite. Their rep said that he was surprised that the granite looked so bad in such a short time and with so little use, but was told by the manager of SC that if he fixed everything he was asked to, the company would be bankrupt. My countertops are white granite and in the showroom looked beautiful. If that color was going to yellow in time, I should have been made aware of that, but was not. I then asked that SC to cover the cost of Beyond Stone Solutions' repair and was told no. The manager talked through me and could only say that he was not going to do anything to appease me. The product looked beautiful in the showroom, but buyer beware.

My experience has not been unlike Mara T's. Horrible communication! I would not recommend buying anything from them! My sales person was Cindy. I purchased a media wall in July and I am still waiting for it to be installed. Interesting that back in 2019 they were having delivery problems. Today, the excuse is Covid and lack of workers. My delivery date has been cancelled twice and now I have no idea when it will be ready. I am so mad I could spit! Why even go to the Home Shows and get orders when you can't meet the demand. I paid a depost of over $2000 which they have had since July and I have no wall! Twice my installation has been cancelled, twice I have been told they are having problems finding workers to finish this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER THINK YOU ARE GOING TO GET ANYTHING!!!

Part 2:On August 24 the installer came back with the drawer faceplates completed. He installed them and, the bench and, file cabinet were completed at this time. Now, for the pantry: he only had 1 handle, there were supposed to be 3. And, their solution for the gap in the barn door was 2 cheap pieces of wood that would stick out like a sore thumb. And, they wanted to put two chunky wood blocks on the floor under that sliding doors and, put a slider above them. Our projects were over $20K and, that was completely unacceptable to us. So, they left and, we needed to figure out another solution.I thought long and hard and, spent over $200 in materials as well as 60+ hours of my time to perfect the gap by fabricating the metal to allow the 3 barn doors to close properly. I also, purchased and installed the rollers for the bottom of the doors and, they are not only classy but, work perfectly. It’s mind boggling that they didn’t figure this out. The installer (I believe his name was Jessie) that came back on September 9 even said that I did such a great job and, I should sell this item to the Barn door people. That’s how NICE it looks. I told Tammy that this was the solution and, Stone Creek came back with the statement, you warranty is voided now because we didn’t install it. Are you kidding me? I made it look professionally done while they wanted to stick a couple pieces of cheap wood in the gap. When the installer was here on September 9, he finished installing the two handles. He asked for $1K final payment. I told him about all the time and money I had into the doors that they couldn’t fix and, that I would like the owner to call me to discuss the final payment. Here is where they committed FRAUD! I never heard from the owner and, they took it upon themselves (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION or SIGNATURE) to bill my credit card on file. If you want to be lied to constantly and are in no hurry to get your furniture completed and, don’t have a problem with possible FRAUD - then by all means, go to this company. But, if I knew where you, I would run as fast as you can away from this company.

What a nightmare this company has been. They put the hardware for our cabinets in the wrong spot. So they came and took our cabinet doors 2 MONTHS AGO. They call to schedule to bring the doors back and then call the day before to say the doors aren’t ready yet. This has literally happened 15 times now!!!!!!!!!! Now they’re telling us they are remaking the cabinet doors because you can’t move hardware without there being damage where the last holes were. So why on earth did they take our cabinets MONTHS ago and leave us with this eye sore every day? Absolute worst company. For what you pay you’d expect much better customer service. Supposedly our case has been “escalated to the owner” but we’ve heard nothing.

They love you when you're purchasing, but pray you never need support and make sure you scrutinize their lighting wiring proposals. We purchased custom cabinetry for two bathrooms and an office in 2013 for ~$10K. The lights failed in all of the office cabinets in 2016, but we're champion procrastinators and did not address it until COVID work from home this year. We sought their help to disassemble to get to the wiring and diagnose and repair the issue. We were not looking for free service or repair, just help restoring back to operational. The team who came to disassemble and diagnose were great. The people back at the factory (with supposedly the full support of the owner) were adamantly unhelpful. First --the original lighting was 120VAC with all lights run to POWER STRIPS! that were then sealed behind crown molding. This completely violates the UL rating on the power strip, not to mention just extraordinarily poor design and possible fire hazard. We asked them to quote replacements using low voltage lighting. They said there were no drop in replacements and wanted to charge $545 per hour labor to do the repair/replacement work. I have an email string in which the employee who provided the quote said the owner charges that much because he'd rather do more lucrative work and to basically push people into doing their own support work. This was in the context of us also asking for a quote for about $1500 of new product for another area of the house. We contacted the lighting manufacturer and located low voltage drop in replacements, which we were able to install ourselves. So, Mr Ron Jones, by focusing on your "more lucrative" customers, your company will not be given the $1500 immediate project nor a 12 linear feet uppers and lowers of laundry room cabinetry that would have been requested had this all gone well AND 15 linear feet of library bookcase living room wall system. Was it worth it?

Poor customer service after you purchase Purchased 3 rooms of cabinetry from Stone Creek in 2013. The lighting failed within three years. In conjunction with a quote for an additional new items ~($1,500), we sought their help to diagnose and fix the cabinet lights (which they spec'ed and installed.) We did not object to the $125 service charge to disassembly crown molding and other pieces so the issue could be diagnosed. We did object to the wiring we discovered behind the crown molding. 120VAC cords to halogen can lights that were pulled to multiple power strips that were sealed behind the crown molding! The power strips were not plenum rated. Seriously unprofessional. Then they wanted to charge us $545 PER HOUR in labor to fix. The design engineer asserted there were no drop in replacements for the lighting and confirmed that the labor hourly rate wasn't a typo --that the owner prefers to do more lucrative work and our little support project would take away from that and suggested that we install the quoted wood veneer and lights ourselves. Wow, what?! With one call to their lighting manufacturer we were able to order and install low voltage drop in replacements ourselves for about $300 --no veneers needed as the canister flanges fit them perfectly vs the $3000 in labor alone that they quoted us. Because of their unfriendly support policies and gouging , here's what they lost: $1000 that we would have paid for the lighting work, $1500 for the immediate new item, and another $10K+ for a laundry room and family room project that we held back because we wanted to see if they would do right by us without that being in the mix. Stone Creek will not see another penny from us.
