Cancelled my car insurance with Allstate because I got married and was able to find a cheaper plan with my husband. I requested to have my Allstate insurance extended a few more weeks until I am able to sell my car. Steve told me that he is unwilling to help me because I am no longer going to be using his office. After telling me he won’t help me since I am cancelling with him he said “you can go look for another company to see if they will insure you for that extended period.”
So rude and unprofessional. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere.

I can see there’s quite a few 5star reviews for this agency but they are all a few years old. Something has happened to this place because if I could give it zero stars I would. They let my car insurance policy cancel because there was an issue with my auto monthly payment. I had thought the money was being taken out of my checking account but instead it was coming out of my debit card which I was forced to change because it had been compromised. All they did was send a few emails and no other form of notification such as a phone call or a written mail letter. I don’t think everyone always looks at their email. I actually only look at it if I’m expecting something because there’s just so much junk email that it’s ridiculous. I can’t believe they would let your policy expire without attempting any other kind of contact except a few emails. They are supposed to service your account not to mention loose customers for the company they supposedly represent which is Allstate. I spoke to Danny at their office and he did not seem in the least bit phased about it not even an apology and he said it was my responsibility to take care of my insurance. What are they there for?just to collect a commission and that’s it.I found out about it because I got a notice from motor vehicles saying I had no insurance and that my registration would be suspended. I realized I had not been insured for a month and a half. To make matters worse they told me because I had an interruption in coverage I could not get another policy with Allstate until I had coverage for 6 months. The only policy they could offer me was with one of their national partners and the quote he sent me was for $315 more for 6 months or $53 more monthly That quote was for the minimum requirement needed on insurance. Aside the fact that they caused me to drive without insurance for a month and a half and thankfully I didn’t get into any accidents or I would had been seriously screwed now I had to pay so much more extra. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS. Their service is horrible but they don’t even seem to care much if they lost a customer and caused them undo grief. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs SHERRY MURPHY, she's 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $26,320.

We have been with this office for over 6 years! They are all very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Lori is so caring and always reaches out just to check in with us. She has saved us a ton of money on our insurance over the last few years. We have home, auto and life through Allstate. Other insurance companies can't even come close! They also give back to the community through different charities and organizations. Thank you so much for everything!

I have had Steve Froehle Allstate for more than 15 years now and I've had a couple of claims with my windshield and I had one roof claim. I've also had a couple of tow claims. Each and every time they were easy to access and I got paid right away. if I ever have a problem I know I can go directly to the office and it will be taken care of immediately.One time I was overcharged on my policy and I called the office. Within a couple of hours my problem was resolved you just don't get better customer service than that.I thought about getting quotes from cut rate insurance companies to maybe save a couple of bucks every month but I've had cut rate insurance companies before and I just can't spend that much time trying to get a resolution and have a good day. That's why I stick with Steve and Allstate.
