Convenient delivery and price is about it..I will add a couple ladies are friebdly...My issues is they would not give me my 90 days prescription because they said they lose out on money doing that. So they will only do 30 day.. What?! So instead I have the inconvenience every month.I hope my prescription comes back in stock at my regular pharmacy

Wow - never used them before. Customer service has been exceptional. They often have the thankless job:1. Making sure they have things in stock,2. Verifying they have a correct prescription3. Confirming the insurance works.On top of that, dealing with impatient customers/patients. I can tell you after a few calls on different days shows me they are consistently great with their treatment of people over the phone. Free delivery? Never had something delivered, but that's got to be a bonus for people who work from home. I would (and will) recommend them to friends and family.

I love working with the people at StarCare. They are so helpful and so pleasant to work with and they are so prompt in sending out my prescriptions. I've been working with Desi and she is awesome. My birth control medication was shipped via USPS in 110 degree heat, well outside the manufacture excursion permitted temperature of 86 degrees. When I brought up the issue to the pharmacist, my concerns were dismissed and I was told that the manufacturer temperature guidelines did not matter with no real evidence. I am now unable to trust the efficiency of my birth control for the next three months.

Fast and friendly. Takes their time to answer ALL of my questions, no matter how quirky they can sound. When my medication has been out of stock they kept communication with me and filled it as soon as it came in. I drive miles out of my way to fill here and will continue to.

screw this place, its trash. They don't answer calls, they don't return calls, they don't respond to refills thru their website. . . . ZERO customer service, ZERO of a place, it doesn't look like a pharmacy inside either.I would rather go stand in line at CVS, Walmart or Walgreens.and thats exactly what i'm doing.

They'll fill your scrips and send them. It's what you pay for. Make sure they have your information right. It took forever to figure out they had my phone number incorrect and that's why I couldn't pay. They weren't very nice about it.

This is not just the BEST pharmacy experience I have ever had but the most unique as well. Everyone is extremely professional, courteous and helpful but above all the human element is not lost on them. You are not just another prescription they must fulfil and keep going down the list. My insurance wouldn’t cover a certain medication my OBGYN prescribed me and with their diligent work they managed to get 90% less. They made sure I was happy with the price, offered me different options, and were even willing to get it hand delivered all the way to Surprise. They have a very straightforward automated system that reaches out to you when your prescription refill is coming up. You follow all the prompts and are in full control of when and how you want to pick it up or have it delivered, the date, everything. I am so thankful and grateful I found this pharmacy and as long as I live in the area I will only use StarCare Pharmacy!
