Great efficient service, baristas were prompt kind, and knowledgeable of their products. Greeted with a warm smile! Matcha latte was well made. Atmosphere was welcoming and clean.

I once loved Starbucks and everything about it. My coffee tastes have changed and I prefer more third wave coffee, but from time to time Starbucks fills a need.

I’m from out of town. The deduction is from the hours. Starbucks is my go-to to buy a drink, recharge, read, and take notes. What do you mean you close at 7:30pm!???My local ones are usually open until 10 or 11pm! Some even at 12am! I’m more curious as to why this is even though it is a bigger city than where I live. Sorry Phoenix!

They couldn't get an order right. There were no other customers.

Tasha was hands down the most insufferable Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service skills from anyone working in this place other than the girl taking our order. And even then, it’s the bare minimum.

The overpriced sugary coffee that the whole world love. Try local coffee shops instead like Black Rock or Top

This is the BEST Starbucks ever! My favorite things are hot chocolate, lemon loaf, and the strawberry Acai. Thx!

Disgusting wrap that was dry, barely filled, that had no bacon and the potatoes were raw. Food fit for the asphalt where the photo was taken. Waste of $7.

A manager needs to be on duty watching these children work. Not only they can’t handle it but start shouting to customers when they asked where the cashier person is. If you can’t handle 5 sandwich’s with 8 people on theirs an issue. I’d be happy to go through and teach them how to time manage and respect customers. It’s my business. Why stay open on the holidays If people will just walk out because they can’t get service. Go to local brews until problem fixed. I do see a lot of other comments like this. Yes kids are the future but unfortunately the last couple years has hindered any teaching ability. Call me when your ready to get serious.

Horrible customer service all they care about is the drive through which seems to run smoothly. If you go inside they where giving drinks from people waiting to drive through people. Couldn't tell where the line was or who was waiting to order. When it was my turn to order they told me it would be a 30 min wait. If I would of got in my car and gone through the drive through would of been done much faster. Morning staff needs retrained or fired

This review is particularly for the staff at this Starbucks. I went in during the morning rush & I expected it to to be busy. It's a weekday & people are rushing to get their coffee before work. You also have to factor in that it's the holiday season & everyone is dying to get their festive themed cups. The staff said they were running about 20 minutes behind, but it's not their fault. They had plenty of staff but there's only so much you can do when a massive wave of foot traffic comes in, mobile orders are piling up & they've also got the drive through to deal with. I was shocked how rude some customers were to the staff. No one likes to wait, but people were literally insisting their order be made next out of order. I was so impressed with the staff for maintaining their professionalism & for how hard they were working. I made sure to say thank you when my order was ready. I really appreciate you all & wish you a happy holidays.

Sadly this location is one of the least hospitable locations in the Valley. They need to escort you to the restrooms (if Starbucks is so concerned, change the location of the front door so somebody can’t just walk into the door and directly into a restroom). It’s fine enough to work in, but the drive-through traffic is so intense that anybody inside is treated like they’re bothering the employees. Sucks to order something and feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.
