I had an amazing experience shopping here. Chelsea (store manager) and Chloe (stylist) provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only did they hand pick pieces that I loved, but they made it feel like I was shopping with friends, making it fun. The items I purchased are beautiful, comfortable and will last for years.

2/19/21 I was shopping with my Mom and sister and we had the pleasure of working with Chelsea! She was so fun and knowledgeable about the store inventory. She showed us different pieces in the store that fit our different styles and how we could roll up the sleeve on a sweater or tie a knot in the skirt to change up the look. Would encourage anyone to shop at Splendid and work with Chelsea!

I was shopping in the store and purchased an item on sale. The item didn't ring up correctly and I didn't check my receipt until I was at home. I called the store and they refunded the difference. Now that was great customer service! Thank you to the great staff at the store.

Laurah and team are always so helpful and make shopping at this location enjoyable, easy and fun. They go above and beyond. Splendid is my go to store for basics and adding in fun pieces for each season!

Didn't care to help me with clothes but was quick to tel me I needed a mask after the mandate was lifted... didn't care that I had a health condition. Bad move. Plenty of places to shop in Scottsdale!

The service is incredibly poor. The fact that Splenda does not have a phone number for contacting customer service is just one example of a company that lacks focus on customers. They charged me for products in the store that were to be mailed to me. I never received the product and only after reaching out to the store did they inform me the weren't able to send me the product as it was out of stock. I asked if they could send it from Splenda online (which showed the product available) and they informed me the two businesses are not affiliated. I used my 30% discount and now the discount lapsed and there's no way to see if the online department will honor it.

Going into this store is torture. This used to be my favorite clothing brand but the staff who work at this location have completely ruined it for me. The customer service is awful and the people who work there are snobby, rude, and have major attitudes.
