We couldn't be any happier with all the people at the Scottsdale store. They were very helpful, understanding and willing to go beyond the extra mile to get the correct size double oven needed to solve the cabinet doors and rough opening nightmare. Thank you Will Alex and Rick. You people rock.

Antonio and crew were very professional and efficient installing the refrigerator. However, this was the second delivery & I didn’t realize that they were coming until they showed up because the first delivery said that they would reschedule when the other appliances were ready.

Spencers is great from when we walked in the door to buy through the process of delivery. Sunny at the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. Juan did the delivery and he was fantastic. He removed the old appliance and installed the new one quick and with ease. They are really the best!

Spencers did a wonderful job helping me pick out my new refrigerator, from the salesman, Tim, (at the Scottsdale, AZ store) to the quick and efficient delivery, with 3 very nice delivery men. Spencers beat every other places price! I give Spencers an A+.

My Sharp microwave drawer (3 years 4 months old) started acting very strange. I was unable to find a service company, nor an internet report, that recognized the symptoms - decided to replace it with same model. Rick at Scottsdale Spencers was very helpful in placing the order late Tuesday evening. Jesus and his assistant came on Thursday morning and installed the new microwave oven drawer. Though I’m skeptical of extended warranty’s, I decided to purchase that for this appliance - hoping I never have to rely on it. Spencer’s was great for this purchase, as well as previous appliance purchases - always feel like I’m getting a good deal from a local firm, so I recommend them. I love the Sharp microwave oven drawers, but disappointed with the experience I had with the first one.

Will, did a fantastic job explaining the different types of mattresses to us. He was thinking outside of the box when I wanted the mattress to be lower in the bedframe. He ordered us Bunkie boards rather than a boxspring. Will, Kept us up-to-date on the delivery as we were waiting for the special order of the Bunkie boards. The delivery folks were experts as well. They got the old mattress out and the new mattress assembled in record time. Thank you so much we will always shop at Spencers!

Our 8 year old fridge stopped working on Sunday. We went to Spencer's and picked out a new one on sale! The sales rep, Sonny, was very knowledgeable. Our new fridge was installed the next day within 45 minutes or less! The delivery/installation guys were VERY professional. Highly recommend Spencer's for ALL your appliance needs!

Great pricing and service. The delivery was quick and done well. I particularly liked the professionalism of my salesman, Will. It was nice to have help from someone who knew his products and provided great service. After the sale Will texted me and sent info regarding a rebate. He saved me an additional $500. That was an extra step he didn’t need to do, but it is why I would come back to Spencer’s and ask for his help again.
