I called ahead to see if Sole Sports has running shoe brands that fit women with narrow feet, and Laura was friendly and informative. When I walked into the store later that day I was greeted immediately, and Laura was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took her time to help me find the right fit. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying shoes. Highly recommend.

Wow, what an incredible shopping experience! I was in the market for my first trailer running shoe for an upcoming Grand Canyon hike/run, and a friend recommended Sole. I was helped by James, who was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient in helping me finding me the right shoe. He explained the differences between the various brand and model selections that they had and assisted me in trying on multiple pairs until I had the perfect fit. I really appreciate his insight and time!Another thing to note - I assumed that there would be cheaper options online, but the store prices match my Internet searches, so it was nice to be able to buy shoes immediately at a great rate.I Would recommend Sole 12 out of 10 times :)

Really nice staff with great tips. Huge selection of quality shoes. They take the time to help you find the right shoe/fit. No snobby attitudes, we felt very welcome. We will be back!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I went to try on some different pairs after doing some initial research into what I was looking for. Was greeted and helped by Mark, who was very knowledgeable and so patient & kind (also found out we grew up two towns apart)! Now that I know which shoe I want to purchase, I want to go back to this store so they get the proper recognition for selling me a pair! They are so awesome. Can’t wait to come back :)

My sister visited to get new shoes since the ones she brought for vacation were causing pain. Laura was super helpful and knowledgeable- assessed her pronation and gate. Brought out a million different pairs of shoes for her to try on and she found the perfect pair. While she was being helped, Emmett helped me try out these stretching devices that immediately helped with Achilles pain i have had for 2 years!!!! Thank you so much. We'll be back.

I am so happy I gave this place a try. They fitted me in the best running shoes I've ever had. I'm glad I tried Brooks because they fit perfectly. They even bumped me up a half size with the proper pair of socks and I am now able to do my running completely uninhibited. The knowledgeable employees here were very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I appreciate it!! Having the proper shoes makes all the difference.

Expertise and customer service here is unlike anywhere else!! I came here looking for running shoes and had no idea what I needed since I am new to the sport. They had so many brands and allowed me to try on the shoes and walk around in them and even run on the treadmill to see how they really felt! The gentleman even mentioned to me some great running socks which can help wick away moisture, get two things in one trip! Overall very knowledgeable about shoes and what each runner needs based on their preferences. thanks for the help!!!

Excellent customer service!! I had to bring a pair back because I thought they fit but were a bit too big. No problem great exchange and they spent as much time as I needed to get the perfect fit.
