We presently own an 11 year old Sleep Number and decided to get a new bed. We thought about Saatva but they have no showroom in Phoenix. So we wandered into the Sleep Number showroom on N Scottsdale Road. Lucky us. Jerret Whitford walked us through the many different models and let us lie down on the ones that interested us. He put them into their different positions and told us about many of the features. He was very careful to step away and let us talk privately when we needed to. We loved the beds and Jerret was very professional and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience and we bought a new flex top king bed. Neither of us sleep well, but we think we will now! We get our bed in two weeks - I can't wait.

Really liked our salesperson, “Superman”. Just wish that the installation crew could have stayed around long enough to get the bed online. Didn’t have any better luck with IQ Support, not online, was promised a call back and that still hasn’t happened. VERY DISAPPOINTING after spending over $8000!

Great Experience, everyone has been super friendly and helpful each time I've gone in. Friendly greeting when you walk in and while it's their job to sell, they aren't pushy. And I love the fact they all have their sleep number on their badges.

Had a wonderful shopping experience with SHARIS over at Sleep Number! Coming in looking for a pillow, Sharis was very welcoming, friendly, and helped us find the perfect pillow for our personal sleep habits. She represented Sleep Number phenomenally and I would personally consider returning for other sleep products for that same customer service - Thanks, Sharis!

Three years ago I bought a m7 360 Smart Bed. It is a very comfortable bed, however, 3 years in, one side of the bed will not keep the air all night. In my 70’s and following the “fix it yourself” aka troubleshooting video, I do not have the strength in my hands to remove the tubing that they indicate in the video. You must “ text “only with offsite staff . After asking me to find someone to help ( neighbor/family), I said that is not possible, they said we can send a technician out for $149.00. Really!!!!! At the cost of this system, you would think that would be a part of the purchase. The only reason I gave a 3 star to the review is it was a super comfortable bed. Had no idea, you had to be a do it yourself repair person and that there would be problems within 3 years.I am a gentle sleeper so no using the bed other than sleeping. I advise people NOT to buy a sleep number bed unless you are a handyman by trade! Communication and assistance are nil with this brand. If my bed was older than 3 years, I’d get rid of it and buy a different brand for sure! Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service. Bed was set up but they forgot to fill up one side with air which left me climbing a mountain out of the trench that was created. I was told to :just lift the mattress up and see if the "hose was connected and if not then to get it connected while lifting the mattress up. The mattress weighs much more than I go and I am 75 years old. I got this adjustable bed because I am having 2 knee replacements and they knew this and sold me the bed anyway. The mattress does not bend at all when the foot is raised up which then leaves your legs straight up, not bent at the knee as it should be, especially after surgery.I spent 51 minutes on hold for customer service the first day and tried multiple times to get through with the same results. I have yet to get it straightened out. The tech says the mattress is not supposed to bend... "the sales people told you wrong". I am so distressed with this horrible experience and now have to fight to get the "warranty". Don't believe a word they say.

This is one of the worst listen to me people the worst stores ever to do business with. I'm a long time sleep number customer purchased five beds, multiple sheet sets, pillows etc. took a brand new customer an 80 year old sister-in-law in she paid $5000 for a bed They did not set it up and could not get it blown up for almost a week left her to sleep on the floor hung up. The phone wouldn't help me store manager Colleen one of the worst people in the world wouldn't return a text message or a call so an 80-year-old woman with suffering without a bed absolutely unbelievable the sales people wouldn't return any calls and the store manager wouldn't either Colleen not a real human being stay away from the store. Stay away from sleep number store, Scottsdale, warning, warning, warning.!!!Brad was our salesman never returned a call, called him on his cell phone never called or spoke a word to us. Just left the old lady to sleep on the ground. No one seems to care of sleep number stay away from this store bread and Colleen are the worst in the business.Did you read the review they apologize and say it's not the kind of service they provide but if you read all the reviews from that location they're all one star majority of them stay away stay away from here

There was one very negative aspect of my trip to the Sleep Number store!In order to purchase a new Sleep Number bed for a recently acquired house, I was forced to leave the snug embrace of one of my current Sleep Number beds.Might the company figure out a way to bring the products to me for in-home comparison? I'll bet Sharis DeJaynes, my stellar sleep coach, would be able to figure out how to arrange that!My Sleep Number shopping experience would then be absolutely perfect!

I have reviewed this location (which is horrible) and their half truths, mis-direction, and poor customer service, now i will review the bed. We ordered a Sleep Number bed, found out is was $250 to deliver - ridiculous. We had to wait about a month to have it delivered only to find out we had to pay ANOTHER $50 to have them take away our old box springs. Then i find out that the bed has to be hooked up to my internet, logged with my id to report all my sleep information and movement or else the bed just doesn't work. (and you can't return it for at least 30 days) OK, now i learn that to prevent my bed from recording every bump, i have to turn it off every morning and turn it back on at night to "see how well i slept". I can answer that without the app - horrible! The bed creeks, it moves, it's noisy and will keep you and your spouse up half the night with the noises and inflate/deflate motor. We set the bed, found our settings and after about a week, had to redo them - the bed loses air and your comfort level. We ended up returning the bed before the 120 days and that process was easy - it just cost ANOTHER $250. So, if you want to WASTE $550+ dollars, go ahead and try it. My recommendation is to skip this joke of a bed and find something that is worth the money. This bed, this location, this company is a SHAM. They should be investigated for shady sales practices and false advertising. Worst experience with ANY company that i have had in years. Please, just say no.

Do not buy a Sleep Number bed! There is zero customer service. Have had one for a while and Customer Service is non-existent when you try to call. Cannot reconnect remote and no one answers when I call.

WATCH OUT the delivery fee for the C2 $899 bed is $249.00 THAT IS EXORBITANT!!! The bed mattress is VERY light weight, one person can carry it and very easy to install the pump. The only free delivery is on the more expensive beds. BAD COMPANY to charge this amount.

These reviews must be FAKE. DO NOT buy from Sleep Number Stores. The sales person will tell you wrong & misleading features of the bed to get a sale. They also will tell you the wrong refund policy. Read everything before being rushed to sign. The store scottsdale Manager(colleen), The escalation customer service team (Don C) and escalations Specialist (Kari A) are not customer service driven. If you have a problem and the bed does not work since day one you have to wait weeks to get it fixed. Since I purchased the bed it has mot worked and repairs has been out 2 times. DO NOT purchase from Sleep Number!!!!!! Horrible experience...don't be fooled!!!!
