I recently had an appointment scheduled with Sierra Window Tint for window tinting services, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite scheduling the appointment well in advance, there were several issues that arose.Firstly, on the scheduled day, the technician initially went to the wrong address, which caused a delay in the service. While he did apologize for the mistake and attempted to rectify the situation by trying to make it to the correct location, there was a lack of timely communication throughout the process.I waited for updates throughout the day and only received a response at the end, informing me that we would need to reschedule. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the overall experience was marred by the inconvenience and lack of clarity.Additionally, when I informed the technician that I had decided to go elsewhere due to the delays and confusion, he responded with an attitude, which was quite unprofessional.In the future, I hope that Sierra Window Tint can improve its scheduling accuracy, communication protocols, and customer service approach to avoid similar issues for other customers.

I did use sierra window tint cuz the price was good. but it scrathed all up in a matter of 6 months; sideways, diagonal scratches so it wasn't from something internal or that would have been vertical scratches....they were mostly on the drives side and a few on passenger side but it comes from cheap tint that doesn't hold up to normal wear and tear. It also felt hot on my face so I had to buy extra suction cup sun blocker screens to put over the window tint. Owner said scratches were there because of my purse so I PAID to have it redone-ugh but still hot. Owner also tells you he uses top line brands but the brand is nowhere on the receipt. Nor is it on the back side of the window tint as he pulls it from the roll in his car. Good name brands have it on back of tint so watch for these brand names below. He's cheap and uses a very cheap tint that scratches and doesn't reflect the sun. buyer beware. the better tints were about $1,200-1,300 for tesla Sierra was about 800On my next car i did more researched tints, warranties and asked lots of questions; 3m Christaleen, Expel or lummanar top brands with best ratings and ceramic. These new window feel much much less heat and hasn't scratched but time will tell.

Highly recommend using Sierra Window Tint. Scheduling was easy. Ray came out, we went over what I wanted, it got done quickly, and it looked great. He was very professional and has good prices. I will definitely return if I have any future tinting needs.

Ray was absolutely amazing to work with and did a beautiful job tinting my front two windows. He responded very quickly via email when I asked for a quote, was very diligent and helpful when answering questions and was able to get me in within a week! I'm so grateful to have found him and his business and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for window tint! Thank you again Ray, I can see why you have all the 5 stars you do!

The owner put a card on my window noticing that I desperately needed tinting and I followed up on it. Having done that I also got other quotes and for sure Sierra window tinting was the best. When I finally hired him, he was great to communicate with and promptly showed up and got it done. I loved the process, he made it easy and did a great job! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend him!

If I could give this POS A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD. His work is poor quality and all the way across the board just a terrible individual to deal with! Do not bring your business here to this POS! I will make sure friends and family spread the word!

Ontime, professional and left the car and windows cleaner then when he arrived, if you need window tint, call them. He was booked out 2 weeks, but I understand why, he did an A+ job. Will call again for my other cars.

I highly recommend Sierra Window Tint. For starters, they come to you (how much better can it get?!), Ray was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, arrived early, and had my car done in about an hour fifteen. Prices are very reasonable and the tint job looks great - wish I would've found him years ago! If you're on the fence about a) getting your windows tinted or b) stuck between two companies, this is the sign you've been looking for -- go with Sierra Window Tint!

Ray's work is sloppy at best but his customer service is total douchey. Total Jerk. I just counted 16 bubbles in my window yet Ray told me that was normal. He came over with a bad attitude, accused me of being picky, yet when I open the door, I see bubbles and bubbles and bubbles of bad tint.
