When I walked into the store later that day I was greeted immediately, and Laura was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took her time to help me find the right fit. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying shoes. Highly recommend.”

“Listen, when I say wonderful customer service, perfect timing and incredible quality. I brought my daughter a pair of boots in the store but my boots had to be ordered since I was blessed with a big foot. The boot company (Double D Ranch) were able to do a custom 12 boot. This was a birthday present to myself and just got here a day after my birthday and I could not be more pleased. They have such a great selection of boots for the rest of you small feet people lol. “I ordered a pair of Mephisto Hurrikan moccasins from the company website in my usual size (8.5), but they were WAY too large. They take returns but don’t do exchanges and suggested I talk with Aaron in Scottsdale.He asked a lot of questions and suggested trying a full size down. I think they are going to work quite well. “I took in a pretty expensive pair of Giuseppe‘s Zanotti boots that actually are a very bad design as there was no zipper, and they are over the knee boots. After having two spine surgeries, my feet are still a little swollen and I couldn’t get the boots on, so I took them to Ariel’s to see if it was possible to put a zipper in them. OMG! I just picked them up and I can get them on no problem and they look beautiful. They look like the zipper was meant to be there. I will never take my shoes or handbag any place else other than Ariel’s. Thank you so much!”

“If there is a finer women's clothing shop for the prices in the U. S. we have yet to find it. The amount of clothing and shoes is nearly overwhelming. The staff is well trained ,or experienced, and makes shopping here a dream, friendly, courteous ,considerate are not enough adjectives to express our feelings about Craig and the ladies. We wish we lived closer but are assured we will be kept apprised of new shipments.”
“Easily the best shopping experience I've ever had. Ever. And I hate shopping. The ladies working there understood that I liked one item that caught my eye but I wanted to browse. If they aggressively "sales pitched" me (common for north Scottsdale), I would have walked out. Cari let me do my thing and I ended up leaving with the most gorgeous, versatile item of clothing. I will be returning to this location specifically because of the amazing service!”

“This store is amazing! Such a good value and great quality products. Shoutout to Brooks as he did an amazing job restoring my shoes! I have graduated from the day of buying cheap reversible belts and this is always my go to spot for that.
I happened to be in the area getting my suit for my upcoming wedding while also shopping for a belt to wear. It was important that it matched my shoes. I had my worn out shoes out next to the belts to make sure it matched and Brooks noticed how worn they were and offered restoration. I did not even know that service was offered at the time!
I actually live down in Gilbert so was apprehensive to commit but I am glad I did. The shoes and the belt are ready for my wedding day. Thanks!!”
“Larissa Gauntt was my initial contact at Vince Scottsdale Quarter and I knew at that moment I would have good old fashion great customer service! I was looking for an early Christmas gift with unexpected cold rainy weather forecast in sunny Arizona. I needed a coat and she was able to help me find the exact one I wanted even though it was not showing available online. I went to the store to make sure it was the right coat as I could not see it online. It was and we ordered it to be delivered to our home. Fast forward to countless calls to FedEx and Vince regarding my coat showing my purchase delivered when in fact it had not been. I called Larissa and she worked swiftly to get a new coat sent to me! The customer service I received was remarkable given the current level of “oh well” that seems to be the norm and acceptable. I was a long time customer of Vince and now will be a lifetime customer.”
“I was on a shopping trip that spanned the entirety of Scottsdale, including places like Wang's closet and azthread. This was one of my stops, and I'll be honest, I didn't think I was going to like it. But as it turns out, this was my favorite spot out of all of them. The employees seem to really like their job, the atmosphere is fantastic, and they sell lesser known, but still incredible brands of clothing, not to mention the amazing style comes at an incredibly reasonable price.
