“Amazing customer service. I had a heavy treadmill to return, and Scott at the store came out to my car brought the package in himself. I ended up having to wait 48 hours to return the product due to an Amazon issue, and Scott then picked up the 70lb package and brought it back to my car himself. “I have been lugging along through my various military moves my diplomas, certificates, and even my medical degree stored away in my safe. And thanks to Karen at PostNet I now have high quality digital and hard copy prints that look practically identical to the originals - this is challenging and can’t be done on regular scanners due to the various raised surfaces and calligraphy details on these diplomas. But Karen did it! And now for the first time in the last 15 years I’ll have phenomenal copies I can frame and put on my wall

Also FYI, you can mail post office mail with flat rate boxes available there. And she’s also a notary. We’ve barely been here a month in Az, and have used all of these services with her. So truly a a one stop shop!

“We have always had a good experience here since the newer owners took over many years ago. I used to avoid this place, but am happy to have the convenience of this mailbox shop nearby. I mainly have dropped packages off, but I've also shipped from here, and purchased boxes when in a pinch.
It's a small shop, very quiet, but a helpful addition to the neighborhood because I don't want to go to the Post Office or UPS.”

“Shame on those who have written negative reviews about McCormick Ranch Postal. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 8 years and service here has been nothing less than oustanding.
As a frequent online shopper I do have returns from time to time and feel guilty as unlike ups stores or post offices they never charge you to download a shipping label and always check first to see if they have a recycled box that they'll gladly give you for free as well package your items up for you at no charge. When I need the occasional stamp or need tp purchase a usps priority box I will gladly pay the extra premium over what a post office might charge for not having to wait in line to only deal with a rude snobby federal employee who will make you buy a overpriced $5 roll of tape in order to seal your package when M Ranch Postal will gladly do at no charge. After all this a business otherwise there would be a steeple on the roof and yes they do deserve to earn a living by providing a valuable service service plus the added convenience. I only wish others would acknowledge their efforts and shame on me for not writing this review sooner !”
“Chase was superb! Our otherwise excellent UPS store quoted a startling $1350 with $15k in insurance to 2-day ship my wife's violin interstate. This FedEx store, and Chase!, nailed the exact same parameters for $520, including the custom chemical foam surround, with zero discounts requested or received. Nice win for the wife, Fedex, and the bank account!”
“I can’t say enough great things about this FedEx location! Larry and his entire team are always so accommodating and friendly every time I stop in. Whether I’m dropping off packages or need help with something more complicated, they’re consistently helpful and willing to go the extra mileeven offering to help carry packages out to my car without hesitation.
What stands out most is the customer service. Every person who walks in the door is greeted warmly, and even when the store is busy, Larry and his team make sure to acknowledge everyone waiting in line. It’s such a small touch, but it really sets this location apart.

I was originally going to use another company because their website was supposed to have more functionality, but LetterStream's support and quick responses made it so much easier that I ended up using them instead. And ironically, LetterStream was so quick to help that I ended up doing all of my mail jobs before the other company finally responded back!
