They did they 2 invites for me, made it identical to the ones I had before and helped me save my issue with wedding in Invites. Veejay was awesome!!! (Sorry if spelt wrong).”

I walked in with an empty printer ink box and asked if the gentleman could tell me where to get one of These. He started to gesture to an area, then said, "let me just get that for you." And he did! “We have always had a good experience here since the newer owners took over many years ago. I used to avoid this place, but am happy to have the convenience of this mailbox shop nearby. I mainly have dropped packages off, but I've also shipped from here, and purchased boxes when in a pinch.
It's a small shop, very quiet, but a helpful addition to the neighborhood because I don't want to go to the Post Office or UPS.”
“Amazing customer service. I had a heavy treadmill to return, and Scott at the store came out to my car brought the package in himself. I ended up having to wait 48 hours to return the product due to an Amazon issue, and Scott then picked up the 70lb package and brought it back to my car himself. He didn’t have to do all of that so I was extremely impressed with his customer service. Thank you again Scott!”

I was originally going to use another company because their website was supposed to have more functionality, but LetterStream's support and quick responses made it so much easier that I ended up using them instead. And ironically, LetterStream was so quick to help that I ended up doing all of my mail jobs before the other company finally responded back!
