Not actually open 24 hours, no notice posted online. In from out of state, walked to gas station in Arizona summer, late at night just to find an undated sign on the door. Closed 930pm to 5AM. The closest one other than that was 1.5 miles away.

Worst customer service u will see from cashier . I came Sunday night to get some gas and use restroom. He say only gas no restroom, you will have to buy gas only!! He was like I don't care get out of here if u don't like it's the rules.. so rudeDefinitely I'm not coming here again

Nuts!! Came over to get some gas Sunday night Station is closed lights are on no signs can't get gas went to the one on Shea Blvd same went to the gas station via Linda 1/2 mile away got gas what a bunch of pigs never use them again!!!!

This seems like a pretty nice part of Scottsdale, but they lock the bathrooms at 9pm and won't give out the. key. So even the nicer parts of town are still suspect? Idk, maybe this is a normal practice in the Phoenix metro but it's completely foreign to someone from The Midwest.

Went into store to buy water. The cashier was talking to a friend while I was in line. I stood there for at least four minutes while the cashier continued to talk quietly to her friend. After not being helped I put down the water and left. I've never experienced anything like that before.

Do not buy drinks from the store!! Their prices are sky high or soft drinks it cost five cents to me. For a foam cup they charge you $1.61 versus all other stores in the valley charge .$99 all other drinks are much higher than any other store!

It seems that management has taken previous complaints under advisement, because this is the only establishment I've ever been to where *every* employee on shift will aggressively hound you out of the store if you enter without a mask. I witnessed this occur and I was honestly afraid the employees would either escalate to physical violence or call the authorities. I was very shaken by how angry and aggressive they were. If this stance on mask use is important to you, you should consider patronizing them.

I went in tonight to this Jackson's store to pick up some items and there was someone roaming around the aisles who looked pretty disheveled with their balaclava (mask) pulled down around their neck. I asked one of the salespeople behind the counter if a mask was required inside the store - as the sign said on the door. The cashier snapped back 'They're eating!' I thought two myself well can't they eat outside or in their car? The Jackson's cashier seemed to be friends with this person. Even bars and restaurants require masks. This Jackson's store is not a bar. It is the law. They either follow it or they should be fined.
