It’s so awful to have your employees working in such miserable conditions. I walked into this location today and it was just as hot inside as it was outside= 100 degrees at least. The poor cashier was sweating and I could see it on her face.
Management needs to do better. It’s honestly appalling how hot it was in that store today.

Went there twice on a Sunday and all of the pumps were shut down. This has happened on several occasions. How can a gas station not sell gas so often? Unacceptable.

Just sharing the reason why I'm boycotting this gas station. They don't treat black people like human beings. If you're Mexican they're friendly, they greet you if you're white they are friendly and they greet you. If you're black you get the complete silent treatment and a condescending scowl. I will take my money elsewhere just as I do every time this happens in 2023. If it happened in 1983 like I experienced it back then as well, it would be a different story but some people will never progress and for that, they will have to pay monetarily!

Horrible Customer service, Service workers just want your money. overpriced gas is over 30 cents higher than Jackson down the street. Do not care about the customer. I have been coming here for years and have decided to start going to Jackson's down the street instead. I hope you read this and choose to do your business elsewhere. The establishment has gone nothing but downhill since Angie left. I hope this business can get it together.

Have been coming here since I was 12 years old. Have noticed the customer service has gone way down. They used to have way better employees it's a shame. The store was in better shape when Angie was in charge have seen a huge fall in the quality of service since she left. I also noticed if you prepay inside you end up with less fuel because you hear the pump slow down about 2 dollars before it runs out vs letting the machine run and get more gas. It's a shame have not seen any other gas station do this. The gas is also about 30 cents higher than surrounding gas stations.Going to contact corporate and see if someone can bring this dying store back to life. It is not what it used to be.

I started coming here in October last year because it's on the way to my kids mothers house. Everything ive stopped in to grab fountain drink or pack of smokes I'm always greeted and the staff has me smiling. I found it odd and funny that so many people only posts reviews when they feel upset but not one of them post reviews when they have a good experience. I decided to post a review today because I witnessed something wonderful yet sad. Employee was locking up for the night (apparently, they are beyond short staffed the next few weeks) when they've been open 24/7 for a few months now at least. There was some female YELLING at this poor young man (looked like he was in highschool) because she was angry about the pumps being closed for the evening and he was calm, and polite. Here's the kicker... ready for it? He had enough backbone to call her out on her behavior when she said something derogatory to him I Spanish with one hell of an attitude. She was so upset she wanted to fight him but this young man just walked away and waved her off. Hats off to the kid there and shame on the woman who was yelling.

I have been going to this gas station for years. There is a young gal that works there extremely rude. Never says hi, welcome, or anything. She's cold, rude, not helpful just a plain %#^*@. Takes a lot to make me mad. She is making your business look bad. Years ago you had the most amazing employees. Super helpful, kind, positive but this girl in her 20's is giving your business a bad mark and her give a shit attitude is gross. So many folks that reside in that area are no longer coming for business.

Waited in line behind someone buying several lotto tickets. Not all filled out correctly so the clerk took the time to help him. My turn . I was purchasing cigarettes and wanted 2 lotto quick picks. She said the machine is right there. I said I preferred to buy directly. She said I’ll teach you . I said she could do my request in less time. She ignored me and said have a nice night, dismissing me.

Asked for a key to the restroom after purchasing gas and paying for my snacks and was blatantly lied to by the staff member working who said she didn’t have a key to the facilities despite the sign on the door saying you needed to ask the attendant. Apparently paying customer or not, they will not allow you to use the restroom here. Don’t support this business. Typical Scottsdale snobs.
