Denied my 4 year old the bathroom and I think that's really heartless. Kids can't choose when they have to pee. Any other circle k would have had no problem.

I intentionally try to go with brand-name stations because I expect to get higher quality. Every window squeegee was bone dry Sunday 10 am.

1 star because you can't put Zero. The "owner" decided to give me attitude when I tried using my own personal card with a chip and it didn't work. She then proceeded to walk outside TO THE pump not only to give me attitude but started speaking in Spanish for which I am completely fluent in and stated she would shut off my fueling once I got it to work. ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience i've ever had at a station.

Stopped in for the convenience of getting water Gatorade and food and to use the restroom, I asked the cashier if the restrooms were open and she replied rudely and told me to go and read the sign, she could have replied and and said sorry they are out of order, customer service here is lousy in my opinion and the cashier could use some education in customer service skills, I would never recommend that anyone come here.

Therea aways a first for everything and today was one of those days! Very busy day didnt have much time to stop for gas until well it wad to late when i go to pay my card was deactivated and had no cash on me! Figured id be stuck for a while to figure out what to do but i was shocked when the attendant at shell put his card in and said he would help out and pay for my gas! I am so greatful because im an hour away from home and honestly didnt know what i was gonna do! Thank you! Theres still good people in this world willing to help others. Im extremely greatful ! Thank you so much!

Lorena, offered great custumer service and I couldn't have been more grateful. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserved, when I entered she was cleaning the floor and dropped everything to make sure I got what I needed.
