I want to thank the team at Shayne Neuwirth (CPA, PLLC) ... I've been a customer and client of theirs for several years, and I really appreciate their patience with me. I've had a handful of professional scenarios and questions come up probably 3 of the 4. years I've used them, and they're always patient with me, always give me time if I need it, they support what is best for me, not just what's best for them. I'm sure I've been a pain as a customer here and there, but I'd never know it by deal with the team there. In addition to doing a great job technically with my taxes, they're always also very understanding and supportive. As a customer, I appreciate that the most.

Shayne & her team do a fantastic job!. Not only processing our yearly returns but representing us with the IRS when needed, and answering our questions. She recently resolved an issue with the IRS that was in our favor and was done very quickly. Best representation I've experienced from any accountant! And I've worked with quite a few. Had an initial consultation with Shayne over the phone to discuss my specific needs for filing. She was extremely condescending and made me quite uncomfortable during our conversation. Admittedly, I'm not a CPA myself (crazy, right?) and don't know the ins and outs of filings. Which is why I was seeking one out - obviously. I won't be working with her.

I sent an inquiry into services and was sent an email pretty much stating a consultation rate and a link to schedule. This was very impersonal and not the kind of organization I would seek to manage my companies funds. First impressions are most important and such an impersonal response left much to be desired.
