This location is very nicely set up. With the little area to try on the makeup and products. We went in to match a shade and they helped above and beyond. We found all the things and more. Very sweet ladies with great attitudes. Thank you for your time and attentiveness!

I went to buy a moisturizer today, but the checkout experience was frustrating. There weren’t enough cashiers, and when I reached the counter, there were two open registers but no one attending them. The staff disappeared, leaving me standing there for 10 minutes without assistance. Meanwhile, a middle-aged cashier was taking an unusually long time with a customer and was rude to me. Instead of helping, she made me stand in a long line. The store should have more employees available to assist customers efficiently. Not visiting here again.

My daughter and I had makeup appointments with Destiny and Priscilla. Priscilla did well on my eye but horrible on the rest. I looked like a clown. She didn’t blend it in at all. Someone else had to fix it.
Destiny made my daughter look shiny and wet and the last item to put on was her lashes. Awful job on the lashes and they both took forever. Adam we had to have someone fix it. Do yourself a favor and don’t book them for a special event.

I went in to get shade matched for a foundation I bought during the Sephora sale that wasn’t the right shade. Ashley helped me and gave me new suggestions I’ve never tried for foundation and blush! I don’t normally get amazing service at this location but she was so helpful and very sweet. Thank you Ashley!!! 🤍

Went into your store several weeks ago with my daughter, even though I had been treated very rudely my last time in. Again, I was ignored and treated like an inconvenience, even by a sales rep. Finally a clerk named Ary offered to help-she was very kind and informative. The 5 stars are for her-not the store.

Went in today just to browse and ended up buying an amazing perfume I did not expect. Would not have happened if it wasn’t for Logan! They were super helpful and showed me every perfume that matched my style. They were so sweet and usually I don’t have a great experience at this location. Thank you again!

I recently purchased a gift card from your store for a friend, only to discover that it was empty. I was quite taken aback and disappointed that a well-regarded company like Sephora does not take responsibility for such issues. In my opinion, if a company cannot guarantee the validity of their gift cards, they should reconsider offering them for sale.
