Whenever I, or my family, have any mortgage or refinance needs, Steve is our go-to guy at Scout.Recently, Steve handled the mortgage for my daughter's first home, and he did an outstanding job. I am happy to provide the highest rating for Scout Mortgage. Quite simply, the service was highly professional and efficient. Scout Mortgage took a daunting and stressful process and broke it down into a systematic approach that was successful. They responded to all communication in a timely, reasonable manner. I always felt that I was an important customer. When they said they would e-mail/call with information it was always forthcoming. They are very knowledgable about the latest rules and regulations in a very convoluted market. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is by far the most helpful and responsive mortgage company we have worked with. They got back to us right away, and always respond to emails and texts immediately. They are very knowledgeable about the market and were able to get us a great rate with minimal fees. They are very easy to talk to you and explain things clearly. I can definitely trust them which has not been my experience with other mortgage companies.

Really good experience. The whole team was easy to work with and answered every question. John always took my phone calls. John is a very nice guy. Our whole mortgage Refinance experience was smooth and easy. The lady that comes to your house to close the loan and have you sign all the documents was extremely nice and has been working for the company over 17 years.If you want a personable, reliable experience with a company that knows what they’re doing and has been in the business for quite a while , then choose Scout Mortgage!
