I’ve had a storage unit here for 2 years simply due to their location. The storage units are very small. There is only one trash can and it’s all the way in the very back of the facility, and customers are not allowed to use it. There is no parking, so you basically block every else’s access when you try to park by your unit. They did raise the price of the storage units, without any notice, and quite significantly too. Like said, did not notify anyone that they intended to do so, which caused me personally significant late fees and to be locked out of my unit, which caused more problems for me. I wish this facility was open and available 24 hours a day! They are closed and locked up and GONE BY 6 pm everyday, and sometimes earlier than that. It makes storage almost inaccessible for most people, especially those of us that have jobs! I am looking to move my things to a facility that has 24 hour access and better prices,

I have been renting with scottsdale storage for 3 months now and they have taken great care of me! Ryan helped me find a great unit that could fit all of my belongings. I highly recommend talking with him while you are considering scottsdale storage. He's literally awesome!!

My frustration with this storage unit all began after my units roof caved in during the recent big storm. Needless to say my personal belongings were covered in mold when I was finally able to use the dumpster after a week of asking for another storage unit and that I had to wait because the dumpster was already full. This place took no responsibility for any part of the damage and Wayne was especially unhelpful and rude.

Staff not very friendly and their policies were somewhat in question. I went to pay storage for a friend who is behind and they only put the money towards late fees and lien fees.....none went towards the storage and they said they still might sell it. Attitude is everything in a business and this one needs a makeover.

I really do appreciate the staff and how nice they are. Only problem weve had is the availability and timing that it is open sadly;(
Hoping that when we move our stuff out the lady will let us open the other side to make it easier to grab our stuff. You do have to pay extra to use both doors to open it which I think is strange because its the same storage unit that you are paying for. Also very very odd that they are closed on sundays!!!!??? The main day people need help. If only they could still allow you to get your stuff without them physically being there would be great.
