We cannot praise this center enough! This was our COVID kiddos first preschool experience and Ms. Ana made it a seamless transition. Our son had a tough time at drop off the first few weeks and Ms. Ana always went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and send us many updates through out the day. We truly felt that we were a team with the staff at Kindercare making preschool a positive experience. We are also pleasantly surprised with how much our son is learning. He has grown leaps and bounds educationally as well as social emotional skills and cannot wait to watch him thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

Our family has had a great experience at Scottsdale KinderCare. The teachers and management team are great and take tremendous care for every child. Our child has learned so much since attending and has grown so much.

Kindercare has exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire staff at the center is truly wonderful, creating a warm and nurturing environment. I feel completely at ease leaving my baby in their care, as they prioritize safety and organization. The daily updates on my child's activities keep me informed and connected. Choosing Kindercare was undoubtedly the best decision – my baby is already showing signs of independence after just a few weeks, a testament to the excellent care and early learning experiences provided.

My one year old attends here and it is hands down the best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve seen a huge improvement in his talking and interactions. The whole building is clean and inviting . If you’re looking for a HAPPY clean daycare that has good management and AMAZING teachers, look no further!

I have my daughter going to this center for more then 3 years now. I never had any complains till Nov, 2022. after that new center director came and quality of the center went down to drain. Now, no one care the wellbeing of your child. Despite of you requesting teachers not to do certain things to your kid due to health issue, they still do it.State issued the heat advisory for not to go out unless it is required and heat is brutal (more then 100) but they still take kids out side in play ground!!No one even acknowledge to your request or your questions!!I would give negative start if I could here..I strongly recommend BIG NO for this center..

Where to begin...well Hannah is by far the only one I trusted to take care of my 4 month old. She is amazing. The director rolled in whenever she wanted and left early. Not setting a good example. I addressed major concerns and even though they said things would change, after a few weeks they went back to before. New people all the time. Phones are a problem. If you want your money's worth, go somewhere else.

Update 2.17.23The school director left in December, the assistant director left mid-January, and the school is a mess with a major lack of leadership. There was an email in January that a new director would be starting in February, but I have yet to see that happen. The real problem is the student to teacher ratio. My daughter is now 3.5, and there are 33 kids in her class with only 2 adults. She complains often of how often her "friends" hit her. How can the adults possibly provide adequate supervision to that many kids? Seems like this must be violating state requirements.Nov 2020 original reviewMy daughter seems to enjoy attending and has learned a lot. There is very little communication other than the minor daily report, which basically just says how long her nap was and the meals offered. I have no idea how my daughter is doing, only what she is able to communicate, which at 19 months isn't much. The ladies are friendly and recognize you at pick up and drop off.Zero opportunity to meet the teachers or see the classroom, presumably due to covid-19. It's also sad that the children only ever see the teachers in masks, especially for those just learning to talk where seeing mouth movements for forming words is so important.

This preschool is one of the best in the areas. I started my son here a few months ago and he has thrived. They have so many different activities to keep the kiddos busy. My son started preschool in January at a different preschool and he was miserable every day. I am so glad that I switched schools! All the teachers are great and Michelle the center's director actually cares about each child! She knows what's going on with each kid and visits the classrooms throughout the day. The teachers send you pictures daily so you can see that you child is okay. I cannot say enough good things about this school and staff.

Our 18 month old spent about 9 months at this kindercare and they served us well! Never once, did we question or think he was unsafe or not taken care of. The faculty and staff at this location truly do have compassion and care for their kids. During Covid, parents were not allowed to enter the facility, but I appreciated that we were regularly updated with pictures, videos, notes, and detailed information about my child's day in the app. As a new mom, this really eased my heart when leaving my child somewhere all day. Along those lines, my family also follows a vegan diet. They were always able to accommodate his dietary needs and we were given weekly menus so I could know when I felt it was more appropriate to pack his lunch (there are some days when the menu doesn't naturally meet the nutritional needs on a vegan diet, for example mac and cheese day, he would be given noodles and veggies so I would pack something with more protein), and that was never an issue. A few notable shout outs!! Ms. Michelle, the director was amazing! She regularly checked in with us and was so easy to communicate with. And Ms. Hannah, the infant room teacher, was so reassuring that my child was in good hands, when I first handed off to my baby to go back to work full time. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it.

Warmth. Love. Learning. Fun. In no particular order, these are first words that come to mind when I think of Scottsdale KinderCare. I can’t recommend this place enough. From the very first meeting with the director, Michelle, you can tell this place is different. The environment is pristine and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly professional. Certainly, professionalism and cleanliness (in theory, at least) should be a given, but this center exceeds expectations in a variety of ways.To date, I haven’t encountered a single person who isn’t warm and friendly. They seem to make it a point to remember who you are and very quickly recognize you and your family. My darling girl, who fusses even at home if I just leave the room, happily waves goodbye to me every morning when she knows it’s time to go to “school.” Her teachers are creative, gentle, and kind. Their desire to help kids learn and develop strikes me as genuine. Plus, they seem to understand how learning through play can create healthy, happy, curious, kids with a passion for discovery. In short, the care at Scottsdale KinderCare is far superior to my experiences elsewhere. We even drive a little out of our way to attend there. And though the price was a little higher than some, it isn’t significantly so – and certainly worth every penny. I imagine my little one will be there for years to come!

Our daughter was at Scottsdale Kindercare in the threes program and she just loved the place. There was not even one day where she wasn't excited to go to school and she was always happy at the drop off and pick up.The teachers are amazing - Ms. Michelle the director , and her teachers Ms.Ana , Ms.Maribel and Ms.Ivy always went above and beyond to ensure my daughter is well cared for. The app updates are frequent with plenty of photos and additional notes on naps and potty training when needed. Even though we hardly got to meet the teachers due to the Covid situation, the communication was always clear via emails and we also had phone conversations when needed. The food offered is healthy and nutritious with lots of vegetables and fruits in the daily menu. Overall I would recommend this kindercare center to any parent who is seeking a daycare for their child.

This is the best daycare hands down!! I love the staff they actually do stuff with your kids and teach them. They are loving and kind my daughters love it here! If you want to know your child is in a safe place while you're at work this is the place to be. I have dealt with many other daycares and it was horrible. I know when I drop them off they are in good hands I get pictures all day long of what they are doing and they are so excited to be dropped off here!!

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this child care facility is, especially since the onset of COVID-19. I have been working from home and driving a total of 92 miles a day just to ensure that my children can stay with the people we know, trust, and love. The facility director has always been incredibly supportive and all of the teachers have made me feel completely safe during this scary time. To top it off, they are going to be bringing in additional help to assist school age children with their online learning at the facility. This to me is above and beyond and such an incredible relief as I had no idea how I was going to work full time and educate my kindergartner simultaneously. The group of women at this facility have been my parenting partners in raising my 3 children (ages 5 months, 4 years and 5 years) for the last 5 years and I could not imagine taking my children anywhere else.

It's the best child care in Scottsdale. This is the only daycare where you don't see cell towers in the premises, so your child is free of high and powerful radiation.

As a first time mom leaving my new baby was hard to do, albeit necessary. So I am thrilled with how comfortable I feel when leaving my son with the team at Scottsdale KinderCare. Every one of his caregivers in the infant room has made a point to introduce themselves and give me updates and positive feedback on my son. I love that he is smiling in every update picture I get and when I pick him up he is always calm and smiley, this brings so much relief to my heart to know he's safe and happy. They are attentive to his needs, even offering to clip his nails for me ( I was admittedly struggling with this as a new mom :) ). If at anytime my opinion changes, I will update my review, but we are very happy with his care and the level of service so far.
