10/10, absolutely love this place. I had broken a pedal off my e-bike, and unceremoniously dropped by (meaning without calling or making an appointment), and the team got me right in. They ordered the parts and installed the cutest new pedals (that I happened to find while shopping around the surprisingly well-stocked retail area) for me, and delivered on time with every time promise they made. As a bonus, my bike runs 1000% better than it did when I dropped it off. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a great experience with this bike shop! We flew in from Indiana with our bikes for triathlon nationals. The employees were super nice and very helpful. They made sure we were happy with our bikes before we left the shop and I think it’s the best my bike has ever felt! I would 100% recommend and we will be back!!

Looking at other reviews, it's unfortunate that I did not have a similar experience. Overall, I would not recommend this bike shop due to their poor communication and some of the employee's attitude/demeanor.Context: I bought a 2,200 dollar bicycle and 200 dollars worth of extra parts within the last month.Bad:* I picked up my bike and not all the service I requested was done.* I had to call multiple times to check up on the bike's status because they weren't going to tell me it was going to be late.* I called and they didn't know what the bicycle was in for.* They texted me about some surprise charges even though they should've told me when they took the bike in (it was a standard repair).* Employee told me that the hoods can't be moved given the modern compact bar geometry, which is false.* Employee told me I needed a different size stem (after I had a professional fit and his manager approved my fit), again false.* After I questioned the wrong item (chainrings) they ordered, the employee said something like "he [me] should've told us what cranks these were going on". I bought the bike there and the employee didn't ask any additional questions to understand the issue.Good:* Chris, the manager, is knowledgeable and provided good customer service.* Nothing else stands out that I could point out that isn't a basic function of a bike shop.I felt comfortable working with Chris but when he was not there it was a completely different bike shop. I started taking my bike elsewhere and opted to pay for service rather than inconveniencing the employee. I believe most of the issues I had could've been mitigated by proper communication, be it by just telling me ahead of time or just having simple social skills.

Amazing bike shop, have come here the past 2 years for NCAA nationals after putting the bikes back together after getting off the plane, and they always manage to make it feel like a brand new bike each time.

By far one of the best bikes shops I have ever been to. They provide exceptional service where you feel valued and well taken care of. Also, I have never seen a company have the customers best interest and not nickel and dime them! Thank you Mike you are amazing!

Awesome bike shop! Needed a quick tune up on my bike, took it here and the guys got it done right then and there. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't recommend enough!

Took my Canyon in to get built here. They did an excellent job with the build and tune-up. When I went to pick it up Chris spent 30 minutes with me going over the bike and general maintenance knowledge since this is my first road bike. I am very appreciative that he took this time to share his wealth of knowledge with me.

Been bringing my bike to this store for years. A couple years ago I dropped my bike off for service when I went on vacation. Confirmed that they would be open on 07/03 when I was arriving back, prior to dropping off the bike. When I arrived to pick up, they were "closed for the holiday". Happened again this year. Called 06/27 to confirm being able to drop off the bike for service on 07/03 while I was out on vacation. Specifically told them I was trying to ride prior to leaving on 07/03, but if they wouldn't be open I would change my ride schedule to drop it off on 07/02. I was assured that they would be open on 07/03. When I tried to drop it off on 07/03, said they were "closed for the holiday". Sick of the inconvenience and lies. Too many other bike shops out there to deal with frustration!

My wife and I bought 2 bikes from here the other day. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and informative. They spent so much time with us trying to figure out which bikes were best of us. We had gone to about 7 other shops but these guys were the best! highly recommend

Excellent and friendly service. Very clean shop. Knowledgeable staff that won’t hesitate to answer all bike-related questions They helped me submit a warranty claim for my frame, and in around 10 days I picked up my finished bike. They also have a great selection of products like lubricant, tires, saddle, and apparel. I’ve probably visited 6 bicycle shops in the area, and this will now be my go to from now on.

Waited an hour for them to open after getting a flat on the canal path. I was first in line when they unlocked the door and was told they could not help me with a simple inter tube change until the next day. Got picked up and brought my bike to bike barn. Only took 10 minutes to fix there. Advice to anyone out there. Just take your business to bike barn

I’ve seen a few reviews saying wont help you if you are in tough spot with a flat. I had the same experience as well. Even if knowledgeable, they don’t deserve your business. Go to Bike Barn, they have gone out of their way to provide help when needed.

Really great and friendly place to either buy a bike or get service. Prices on service, gear, and parts are very reasonable and staff are happy to teach you about your bike and how to take care of it if you like. Everything I bought was installed on my bike at no extra labor charge and there was no pressure or upselling, just people who really want you to have a great biking experience at whatever price point you're looking at. Highly recommend.

I took my bike in to have a tuneup, for $75, which is a 50% increase in charge since last tuneup of another bike I took in less than 4 months ago,(Inflation, they claimed) and they couldn't complete the tuneup because of a bad shifter....BUT, they still charged me the full $75....serviceman claimed he worked for a long time to fix shifter, but all he did was spray some WD-40 or some other solvent, into the mechanism ( the factory lubricant dries up after a time, jamming the inner workings )....there was no disassembling of the shifter. What a rip! End of my patronizing this store!
