Be wary of engaging in vendor agreements with Jonathan Tucker. He did not honor payment for contingency based digital services.

$100,000.00 Vehicle Transaction with a Ticket to Disaster. I have bought nearly 30 cars in my life time (so I have a great deal of experience) and feel more than qualified to give this car buying experience the distinction of the worst by far! First, they provided the transporter who initially damaged the car with nearly $12,000 of damage while in transit to what I believed would be my home. After the transporter damaged the vehicle the sales person/ JT suggested he would make it right by offering some sort of monetary return, nearly 6 months later no response from JT or the owner to resolve the matter! Secondly, the dealership posted a car that was detailed in what appeared to be very good condition and when I received the car the car it was in just the opposite condition . The results were another $10,000 in body work and another mechanical cost which is yet to be determined. Can't help but wonder if any of the car's issues had to do with the owner admittedly using the car routinely, albeit he claimed this would be the reason it would be in great shape (makes zero sense). During the sales process JT touted the condition of the car, however after the car was damaged in shipping I questioned the overall condition of the car. As a result they were willing to send pics and videos of the condition of the car prior to shipping, however the credibility of this dealership was quickly dispelled by the transporter who also took pics showing the numerous issues with the car not shown by the dealer's pics (different angles or missed all together). As you can imagine the transporter would not want to be liable for something that was not caused by them prior to transport. One thing that I am not is a certified Audi technician to work on this car, so I sought out two Audi certified body shops for evaluations who noted various damaged areas on the car and the efforts to cover this up. Not only were re-paint efforts made around the car, but also other shortcut efforts to cover up issues with the car. For example, when the exhaust system was replaced by dealer's contractor ( documented online video) requiring removing body panels they chose to use glue them back together (like a model car) vs the correct manufactures way with body clips. Another example is painting the car repairs and not applying a clear coat to protect the paint. The examples are countless, but I believe you are getting the theme of what happened. Anyone up for buying a car and having it cost an additional $20k+ that you didn't know existed 12/21/21 Ammend to another nearly $2500 in mechanical added costs (TPMS and parking brake) for existing issues with car. The hits just keep going. 11/13.23 And now the latest, I can't sell the car because it has a accident documented due the this dealer's behavior. The value of the car has dropped immensely, leaving me even more sickened by the experience. The dealership has provided nothing but false promises (should the dealer choose to disagree, I have countless emails supporting the circumstance) and zero $ in dispensation for the terrible car purchase. Why would anyone what to experience buying a car from this place.

Bought my Ferrari from JT, he was great to work with. Love the car, it doesn’t like like a regular dealership felt like I was just hanging out with friends. Definitely go to JT!

I recently had a need for short term storage for a vehicle I was shipping out of state. I found plenty of long term facilities to store my car, but absolutely none that would store it for a shorter term and handle the handoff to the transportation carrier.During a random Google search, I came across Scottsdale Auto Group which mentioned they store vehicles, but I wasn't certain they could accommodate my needs. I reached out to JT through their website, explaining what I needed, fully expecting to get a hard NO. Much to my surprise, JT responded, indicating he could assist me with storage and the handoff to the carrier as well.He quoted me am upfront price which at first I thought was a touch high, but I soon found out what an amazing value this really was.Scottsdale Auto Group agreed to take the vehicle when I was ready to drop it off. They were beyond accommodating in that respect. We changed the date a couple of times and the response was always the same... "We are here for you when your ready." Wow...I finally locked down a date and JT was on site and ready to take the vehicle in. He did a complete walk around with VIDEO, which he promptly sent me for my records. The storage was immaculate and well lit. I was very impressed and at ease with leaving the car there. The first "above and beyond" was when my family member and her friend needed a ride to their destination. That was never in the scope of services that Scottsdale Auto Group was supposed to provide, but they did it with a smile, no questions asked. The second "above and beyond" was that the carrier arrived well past Scottsdale Auto Group's normal business hours and JT took time out of his personal schedule to go back to the office to meet the driver and get the vehicle loaded on the carrier. He provided me with up to date texts to let me know what was going on and sent me ANOTHER video with a complete walk around of the vehicle just prior to it being loaded. He completed the transaction with the transportation carrier and sent me the detailed Bill of Lading, which is essentially the condition report of the vehicle just before it's loaded. To say I got lucky finding Scottsdale Auto Group is an understatement. I am BEYOND impressed with their professionalism and personal touch. JT was simply amazing to work with in every way and his communication during the entire process was OUTSTANDING! When I say the entire process, please understand I sent multiple messages to JT after the vehicle was picked up and he answered every one as if my vehicle was still there. Amazing...My experience with Scottsdale Auto Group went well beyond 5-Stars. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience and highly recommend them for all of your automotive storage needs.I have been a "car guy" for many years and Scottsdale Auto Group exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. I highly recommend them!

I bought a very high performance slightly used luxury car here and had a great experience. It was quick, fully informed, and best of all... they have inventory for things I/you want and can sell it to you without delay. I am trying to figure out what I want next from this place. It is a great source for really cool cars.

I am so satisfied with my experience and purchase that it is my sincere pleasure to give my first review ever to a car dealer. Great selection and pricing on dozens of unique, high-performance, hard to get, luxury automobiles. TBH is there anywhere better to look for a car than Scottsdale? The land of Ferraris that never drove fast or further than the golf course. I drove up from Tucson and loved the entire experience in addition to the car I purchased. The tax is a smidge higher that somewhere like the automall but you will still net pay less than anywhere and enjoy dealing with the owners... who work there every day.

I purchased a car from Scottsdale Auto Group one year ago.To say that I received stellar service, working with JT, ( Jonathan Tucker) would be a complete understatement.During the past 12 months he has continued to assist me with any car issues.Up until, even today, he has been diligent in helping me, a single , 70 yr old woman, with car issues!Should I purchase a another car, it will be from JT, at Scottsdale Auto Group, hands down!It was simply time to write a review.

I sold Scottsdale Auto Group my 2021 Bronco and the process couldn't have been easier. During the sale they had a super low mileage BMW M3 in mint condition which I purchased. The process was transparent and easy. The showroom was spotless and JT was awesome to work with. I will be consigning my Harley with them as well, thanks again JT.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer, and I'm glad to say I had a great experience. JT was personable, honest and very hospitable. Their website and process were as straight forward as can be. No frills or shills, just bills.

Test drove a Porsche Panamera GTS, came back to dealership and made a deal to purchase. Gave my insurance info and drivers license to Jonathan Tucker to start the paperwork. Went home to get title, realized I forgot the extra key so drove back home to get it. Upon my return Jonathan Tucker told me the owner said I had to kick in another $10,000. Told Jonathan I wanted to sleep on it, he said he would call me in the morning. When I got back home few hours later the posting had been taken down, and Jonathan never called so I called him but had to leave a message, he never returned my call. 48 hours later he sends me a text saying he sold the car to someone else. I would never do business with them, as communication and trust seems to be an issue. Are you sure you want to?
