Stopped in to explore the brand and potentially pick up a few items as a lot of my coworkers wear Ferragamo. Was rather underwhelmed upon walking in and my experience in the store ultimately made me just walk out..Upon entering I was greeted by the gentleman at the door with only a head nod and, when I paused to get my bearings, no help was offered. Found that slightly odd. Either way, I ventured in on my own made it to the back of the store while looking over what they had selection-wise, stood there waiting for someone to approach me for a few minutes and decided to start walking out as it seemed that I didn’t really exist to the people working there. Only when I started moving towards the exit did the gentleman who nodded to me at the front ask if I needed help. After thanking him for asking I stated that I was curious about the brand as almost all my coworkers wear the products and I asked him to tell me a little of what sets Ferragamo apart from other brands. His only comment was that ‘it’s well made’. I waited for more explanation.. when it didn’t come I asked a few more probing questions and he kept rephrasing that statement without other helpful information. Was slightly put off so I thanked him for his time and left. From how my coworkers raved about how well made the brand is I expected a little more from an expert working there.. I mean.. for heavens sake sell me on something.. slightly disappointed as my coworkers told me more about the brand than the gentleman working there..

Three stars. Sat along the newly-renovated west end of Scottsdale Fashion Square in what used to be "Camelview", they gave up the parking for more stores and a nice valet. Works well. Beautiful super tall retail fronts showing some great premium brands. And Ferragamo is right here!!! Yessss! This trip I was on a mission (shopping spree) for a scarf with my cousin who is preparing to make a trip to Paris in next weeks. I'm usually of the bright and bold selections you see in Hermes, but she chose a classic and understated taupey grey one. Absolutely beautiful. Mine was a delightful pair of BLUE SUEDE driving mocs with their delightful buckle tops that arrived today just in time for the streaming release of Elvis. These meant to be stepped-counted. That means you take them with you in the car; then change into them as you arrive. Count them! Try to keep it under 150 per wearing and watch out for those toes! Lol. Ah well, such is the way of wearing beautiful driving mocs!

I have never written a review of any kind, but this store is absolutely atrocious. I called before going to the actual store inquiring about getting my wallet repaired. They said come in and we will take care of you! It has been less than 6 months and the wallet cost over 500 dollars. The sales manager James looked at my wallet handed it back and said, “leather scuffs sorry dude”. I’m not oblivious I knew there was a chance they couldn’t help me, but to be completely disregarded in two seconds just doesn’t sit well with me. This manager, James, gives a bad look to the store considering he has absolutely zero personal skills, and has no interest in customer service. Not to mention I had to approach him to get help lol. All in all terrible experience and I hope you all shop at a third party for your future Ferragamo needs.

Purchased $800 sneakers and was told I could bring them back if I wore them only indoors. Took them home and wore them for about 30 minutes. Decided they were not comfortable enough and brought them back to the store. They denied the refund because they had dirt on the soles. Not sure how to wear shoes with white soles without getting them dirty even if on a clean floor. Was a big fan of Ferragamo shoes. No more.

Worst customer service ever, Manager James disrespectful, rude and unhelpful and need to learn how to speak with customers, instead using inappropriate language. Tried to reach out to corporate customer service, 3 week later no answer. Definitely very very bad presentation such a luxury brad, what a disappointment!

Our service here was beyond excellent today! There were many people in the store and the sales person (sorry, I forget her/your name) was helping all of us with great, personalized service. We walked out without buying anything as the shoes were either too narrow or too wide. We're going back next week to see if another shoe will work. Again, Fantastic Service!

Would be less if I could.. My Wife purchased a pair of moccasins for me as a Christmas gift.. The Sales Lady at the time of the sale, she was very polite and helped her with the purchase of not just the moccasins but other items as well.. She told my wife that the only size they had was a 9 and tried to push her to different size and she ended up going with the size 9 because she was told they don't make the size 9.5 that is clearly available on the actual website for purchase.. She than said to bring them back with no issues if they do not fit.. The whole time while she was talking with the sales rep, the rep ended up selling her the display model with glue damage and never disclosed that they were a display model.. When my wife took them back she was getting harassed about the shoes being worn, which clearly I never wore due the fact they were too small and I seen the defect right away.. The rep then was staring at the shoe for the about 10 min and making my wife feel real uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other customers about her credibility, mind you its the same sales rep that helped her the first time.. Funny how they change when things go wrong when they lie.. I run a successful dealership and can guarantee you that customer service goes a long way.. Will not be returning to purchase anything from this location and I recommend you all just get the product from the actual website.. Rather pay extra for shipping then to deal with disgruntled employees..

I was so confused as to why Cynthia was so rude to me as soon as I came in. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not but she definitely didn't want to help me. It's sad having to shop here with such a rude person not wanting to help me make a purchase I need. Tyler you're amazing bro you obviously love your job and I appreciate your honesty.
