Pleasant people, just wouldn’t want to work there at the Two Waters building.

Unfortunately, working at this place has been terribly disheartening. There are two distinct set of rules that apply to employees. (1) to the local per cap tribal member (2) everyone else. The locals do little work, constantly show up every day late for work, rarely get punished for their low standard quality of work. It is a dream job for the locals. No accountability. Management pushes negative reinforcement to everyone else. Think about it. Why would I make this up?

I went to the office at SRPMIC for general information. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I was very surprised. Maybe they had a bad day? I don't think that's a reason to take it out in me. Certainly, an extremely poor representation of the entire tribe. I hope someone else will read this comment and be warned.
