I don't know how, but make your restrooms bigger. Everytime I come here and I need to use the restroom, ALWAYS occupied and there's only 2 unisex restrooms. It's a grocery store cmon and it's not in the ghetto.

I came in for a maple donut and a store associate took 12 right in front of me and then asked them to ring it as a variety pack and then I was told they were all out for the day

This Pharmacy is the worst place in Arizona to get your percriptions filled and anything else you need from this pharmacy/ Long wait time. no sense of ergency. very un friendly. Go anywhere else but here. Gary Chapman I would give them zero stars.

i'm at my wits end. Due to health issues, etc. I often called to have groceries delivered. Nothing against the drivers, but it seems like the store gets a kick out of shipping rotten produce and moldy food. Every single order there's some thing I have to return. Or request a refund. I always get a refund, but why do I want to deal with moldy food? this avocado was so rotten. It squirted all over my fingers when I picked up the bag. Disgusting! I've gotten, moldy, mushrooms, moldy bread, moldy oranges… Expired goods. Seriously, Safeway, do better! all of this when I pay monthly for delivery and pay 25 or $30 to have someone drive out to my house.

Store is going downhill rapidly. Produce isn't as fresh as it was just 6 months ago. Always out of stock in many areas. Switched to Boar's Head deli items. Not that Ketchmar was good, but the overpriced BH is in every other market in the area. I do miss Dietz and Watson. Selection in deli is poor as they drop items.Today I was in just before lunch and they were out of rotisserie chicken, meat loaf and turkey. Deli staff is really poorly trained and disorganized.Since Safeway, Albertsons and now Fry's are all owned by the same conglomerate we don't have any choices in markets.

This store is awful. They seem to have a "policy" of giving expired produce to the drive up and go customers. I have called the store numerous times and it has continued to happen for months. I am done.... No wonder you are on the verge of bankruptcy. Ever heard of customer service?? Hopefully, the merger will be denied and you all can suffer the consequences.If Target had a full grocery area, you would be out of business.
