My mother and I (I like to mention I have a Doctorate degree) went into Ross store #0363 today at 10:04:28 a.m. and associate #813799, never said Hi or good morning instead stared at me for a very very long time, she made me feel uncomfortable I am a patient at Mayo, so I am used to great customer service, I don't want someone staring at me in an intimidating manner, no Hi or good morning just a rude stare, I actually had to say Hi to associate # 813799 in order to break up the uncomfortable moment. I am not sure why this associate was delivering this uncomfortable body language, it almost felt like we were back in the day when America had Jim Crow laws.When I approached the register again no Hello, or Hi or did you find everything alright, instead associate # 813799 made the situation uncomfortable again with a not so friendly face and body language, as she said nothing, I had to say hi again, how is your day. To avoid this uncomfortable moment. My mother complained of the exact same thing when we left the store, Ross train your associates on good customer service and cultural competence, I will be returning and expect better service.

Decent selection of items stocked, great prices, clean, smooth shopping experience. Made some impromptu purchases. Would recommend and would return.

Its hit or miss, depending on the day. Sometimes its really messy and theres not much there. Try and shop tuesdays / Wednesday, by the weekend most good stuff is gone. Shop around.
