Do not buy from these people, they are awful! We bought a living room set - two sofas, two chairs, coffee table, end table and two lamps - from Roche-Bobois Scottsdale at the end of July for almost $40,000 and paid 50% deposit. They said we could expect delivery in late January. A week later we were told the factory rejected our choice of fabrics - even though they were Roche-Bobois fabrics they recommended - and we would have to pick again. The store asked for the "approved" fabrics from the factory but the French were on vacation. We followed up mid August and were told they'd get back to us as soon as they heard back but we didn't hear anything through end of September.Finally I emailed them at the end of September to cancel the order and get our down payment back as we had lost patience. The store manager called me and said it is "against policy" to refund but to come in and we pick fabrics and offered me a 20% discount on the order. I made it clear that I still expected delivery in January as originally promised and she assured me she would do everything to make that happen. We went in immediately and made another choice expecting that we would get a 20% discount on the order with expedited delivery.The next day she told us the factory had rejected these too and asked us to come in yet again and we went in to make a third choice. I once again said I'd rather cancel the order but she promised to do her best to air ship the items which would cut 10 weeks off the delivery time. We left the following day on vacation and she promised to get us a final order with the 20% discount and an expedited delivery date when we returned.We returned a couple of days ago and had to follow up - again, we didn't hear from them at all. They then sent an order form without the discount and nothing about delivery. I had to call them yet again.Yesterday she finally said they could offer the 20% discount but not air shipment and we'd have to wait 6-9 months starting now - after we had already lost 3 months - so up to a year for what we ordered back in July, AFTER compromising on fabrics twice and ONE MONTH after initially asking to cancel the order. She said it was the best they could do and if we didn't like it she would refund our money and asked me to let her know ASAP.I told her today that we would choose the refund offer. She then said they could only refund the sofas and chairs - the other items were already in production and could not be refunded - even though we bought them all at once because they went together.She said our only option was to pay for the tables and lamps and buy sofas and chairs elsewhere to "go with them". Completely ridiculous since it's almost always the other way around.I asked to speak with her manager (she's the manager of the Scottsdale store) and she refused to give me a name or number. I asked who can I file a complaint with and she said "corporate" - but refused to give me any contact info saying I could look it up myself.I refuse to pay for any portion of an order when the entire order was place as one and this is clearly a breach of contract on their part. I have disputed the charge with American Express and am getting lawyers involved.DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARTS IF I COULD!

They were super helpful during the sales process. The purchase was for almost $40,000 and we paid half down. They told us it would take six months to deliver and we could expect it in late January. A week or so later, we were notified that the factory had rejected the fabrics we had chosen - these were fabrics offered by Roche-Bobois and recommended to us by the sales person - and we would have to pick different fabrics. The store was waiting for the head office in France to give them information on the "approved" fabrics but the French were on vacation. We followed up in mid August and were assured they'd get back to us just as soon as they heard back from France but we didn't hear a thing all through September. Finally I sent them an email at the end of September saying we'd waited long enough, we still didn't have fabrics finalized and we'd like to cancel the order and get our down payment back. The manager then called me and said it is "against policy" to give money back but to come in and she would see what she could do once we picked alternative fabrics and offering me a 20% discount on the order if we would be willing to work with them. We went in immediately and were offered another choice of fabrics and we made our choice - based on the assumption that we would (a) receive a 20% discount on the order and (b) that they would expedite delivery since two months had already passed. The next day she called us back and said the factory had rejected these as well and asked us to come in once again. Again we went in and made a third choice of fabrics. This time I once again said I would simply prefer to cancel the order but the manager said she would do her best to air ship the items - that while she couldn't promise January the air shipment would take 10 weeks or so off the delivery time. We were leaving the next day on vacation. She promised to follow up with the factory while we were away and get us a final order with the 20% discount and an expedited delivery date when we returned. When returned a couple of days ago and followed up (again, no pro-active follow up from them) they responded with an order confirmation that didn't include the discount and didn't mention delivery. I followed up yet again. Finally, yesterday she said they could offer the 20% discount but could not offer the air shipment and the delivery would be 6-9 months from now - after we had already lost 3 months going back and forth, meaning we'd have to wait up to a year to get what we ordered back in July, AFTER we had already compromised on the fabrics twice and ONE MONTH after we had initially asked to cancel the order entirely. She said that was the best they could do and if we didn't like it she would give us our money back and asked me to let her know ASAP. I called her today and said we had discussed it and we would take her up on the money back offer as we no longer had confidence in the company. She then said they could only offer a refund on the sofas and chairs - the other items were already in production and could not be refunded. This was even though we had purchased all of these at once because they went well together. She said our only option was to pay for the tables and lamps and then buy the sofas and chairs elsewhere to "go with them". Completely ridiculous since it's almost always the other way around. Went into Roche looking for a sofa and a few other items for a home I am building. Amber was a great help in every way. Very low key and zero pressure to "order today". She was able to take my floor plans and help me figure out proportions for great room layout. She made it such a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience to find the perfect pieces for my new home.

Very expensive outdoor furniture sun faded after less than one year when it only got partial sun in the mornings and only for part of the year (it was on a covered patio). Very poor customer service, refuses to stand behind product and instead fabricates stories.
Definitely not worth the money and not a good representative of the brand. Here is a photo of the faded piece in the shade where it always has been. I think the worst part isn’t just them not standing behind it but when people start fabricating stories in order to not honor a warranty, it makes you lose trust in the entire company.
(Below they responded that they were informed that I am in direct contact with their local team but that is not true. We have written to their headquarters and we are asking the NY office to help but the Scottsdale manager has not responded at all)

Amber was great, very helpful and patient. She really helped us decorate to our style not hers! She and her team did so many different computer renderings for us to help us see what things were going to look like when completed. She furnished our entire house!!

We had a wonderful experience at Roche-Bobois of Scottsdale. We worked with Tonya who was top notch! From knowing the product line, to spending the time needed to help us choose the right finishes and colors, to creating color 3D renderings to assure the furniture fit our space and the colors worked within our scheme, Tonya was efficient and pleasant throughout!After having visited multiple furniture stores and not finding furniture that worked for us, Roche-Bobois was a breathe of fresh air.The pieces we selected were beautifully crafted and comfortable. And while the price point is higher than some competitors, Roche-Bobois' quality, craftsmanship and design are unmatched and an excellent value for furniture we will keep a lifetime. In addition Tonya was sensitive to our concerns over the cost and worked with us throughout to meet our budget.If you are shopping for modern furniture you must visit Roche-Bobois of Scottsdale and consider the option of some of the best furniture made!

I've always loved Roche Bobois in general, and for a long time had my eyes on the Bubble sofa. I finally got it from the Scottsdale location last year. The most comfortable and eye-catching sofa ever. It hugs you, basically. The bubble shape of this sofa is created by stretching the beautifully textured fabric into bubbles and hooking their points of convergence from the inside of the sofa. So when one of them broke when I was already settled in my new home in LA, I was terribly sad as, even though the sofa still looked amazing, I knew there was this one thing wrong :) And I assumed it would be practically impossible to fix. Fast forward to today, I just got the sofa back, fully repaired in just a few days; the pickup and drop-off crews were both incredibly professional, on time, and super careful. The repair job got it back as good as new. Everything was so seamless in this process that, even for a luxury brand, this level of service quality is exceptional. Thank you.

Ordered 2 'Profile' pieces from the store, and they were delivered in perfect condition. After some months, one of the rather deep tufts in the upholstery had kind of "let go". Tanya and the rest of the service team responded and got everything taken care of beautifully, including the pick-up, the repair, and the delivery of the piece back to us. 10/10...a great experience!

I have to say first of all, Ann was extremely patient with us over several long months while we tried to sort out which pieces of furniture would look just right in our modern home. Besides the fact their furniture is unique and beautifully made, I couldn't get over how carefully each piece of furniture was wrapped and crated at the time of delivery. Yes, it took awhile before our home was furnished, but we are very happy with the results. It was our first time buying furniture from Roche Bobois and we feel very satisfied with our experience.

If I could give ZERO stars I wouldThis is the first review I will be writing regarding Roche Bobois in Scottsdale. We met Ann Rishell at the Scottsdale Roche Bobois store.We have furnished our entire home with Roche in Texas & NC . The Scottsdale store has been the worst experience we have ever encountered. I discovered a false charge and I called the store.Ann told us her assistant was to blame for our credit card charge of an overcharge of $27,000 and it has been a nightmare getting the refund. My question to Ann was why did I have to discover this? Why was I not made aware over a week later ? They openly admitted it was there fault. However talkis cheap with them. They continue to emails stating they have refunded the charge. However it has not posted in our account In over a week. Before you pay them to order place your order and give them your credit card for the charge , I suggest you check everything. I would definitely not order anything from them over the phone. They have failed us in the worst way. We continue to chase Roche Bobois and Ann who is with the Scottsdale Arizona store down to get our $ back. We have not received anything we ordered. I can’t wait to hear there response. I have proof of the charges ad the receipts they signed my name.All I’m asking fir is my $27,000 in excess charged refunded. They say it was a mistake , it’s been over a week now and I am really concerned. “Buyer Beware.”I would recommend dealing with a different Roche storeTexas has great Roche Bobois dealers.Houston would be a great choice. They all deliver your furniture regardless. It’s all about the relationship with a Roche Dealer.Scottsdale does not own up to the Roche Brand period!!! Thus is my first of many reviews on various websites regarding this store. Scottsdale Roche Bobois failed miserably!
