Great staff and got an awesome deal on my SUV. Simple process and didn’t put a lot of pressure on me like the typical car dealership experience. Worked with me to get the deal done!

Great experience buying from Reed and Chance. Really nice personal touch of Reed to send me video of the car. Chance was friendly and no pressure. Great experience overall, plus they were quick!

I bought a CRV last week at Superstition Springs Honda. The one window was acting up so I made a service appointment there. I show up and they say I have to leave the car there for a few hours. I say ok but I will need a loaner. They say we don’t have any. I said I don’t want to drive all the way back to Mesa as I live in Fountain Hills . They say then go to Right Honda. On my way home I stop at Right Honda without an apt. I meet Steven Russo as my advisor. He gladly offers me a loaner vehicle and offers to take my CRV back right away for diagnostics. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at any service center thanks to Steven. He is a true gentleman and epitomizes the meaning of service. He went above and beyond to make me feel heard and taken care of. Superstition Springs Honda is a thing of the past. Steven Russo and Right Honda earned a loyal customer for life!

Horrible customer service!! Went in 7/12/24 to look at a car I found on their website. I didn’t want to go with my first choice as it smelled like cigarette smoke badly so I test drove a few others and ultimately purchased a 2022 Kia K5. Unfortunately, I started feeling a pull to the left almost immediately after driving home. I then noticed all four tires were mismatched and had uneven wear (learning experience as I should have checked tires) didn’t realize the dealership would put mismatch uneven tires on a car though. By day 2 I was calling the dealership in regards to this issue as I wanted to get it resolved immediately and nobody wanted to hear me, they wanted me to talk directly to my sales person, but he could not be reached. They would not provide me his email address and just kept sending me to different extensions and I never even got to the sales persons Voice Mail so after two weeks of dealing with this, I finally talked to a manager and he asked me to bring it into the service department. They said there was an alignment issue so they did an alignment and rotated the tires from the left to the right and sent me on my way. As soon as I drove off the lot, it was pulling to the right, worse than the pull was to begin with! By this time I’m crying and I’m frustrated, my kids are hungry and tired after spending hours there. I go back into the lot and speak to another manager and after some back-and-forth because they didn’t want to be responsible for paying for anything to get repaired, they finally agreed that it was a tire issue and they had to order two new tires but they wouldn’t get there for a couple days, in the meantime I had to drive the car home like that pulling all over the road. Three days later I get a call that the tires were in their shop this whole time they just didn’t have time to put them on that day, they had me come back and replace the tires. Before coming in, I got a very rude call from my sales persons manager, he was very rude and loud and told me he wanted me to sign a paper saying that I wouldn’t bug them for anything else as this used car was my responsibility (even though the problem was Already there before purchasing the car) and they wouldn’t give me tires until I signed. I refuse to talk to someone that was talking to me the way he was. They made me feel horrible from the very start of doing business with them. Within a week after this matter, the AC stopped working on the car. It’s not an old car. It’s a 2022 with 60,000 miles. I called the dealership again and they didn’t even offer to check out the car. They again reminded me that this car is my responsibility now that they sold it to me and there’s nothing they would do to help me resolve the issue. They didn’t even offer to send it into service to get it looked at, immediately they were just trying to trade it in for another car, which would make me five grand upside down after just three weeks of purchasing this car. Less than a month, hadn’t even made a first payment and it was already having all these issues with nobody to help me. It’s in the middle of Arizona summer and here I am having to Drive my kids around with no AC. Horrible experience and I will never go back to this company.

Jake Nelson is extremely efficient and friendly. He gave us an amazing customer experience from start to finish. He was super thorough in explaining pricing options and made sure we were feeling informed and confident in our choice. We are driving away with the keys, thanks to Jake.

My service took longer than expected due to their department waiting on a specialist to be available, however, the staff were polite and friendly. The common waiting area was comfortable enough; well set to accommodate hybrid workers whilst waiting.

No Loyalty and Honesty to Customers --- You DESERVE BETTER!
We have been loyal Right Honda customers for over 20 years, and having bought three cars from this dealership, we decided to make the 40-mile drive to buy ANOTHER vehicle, keeping in mind the positive experiences and customer service we have had in the past. Unfortunately, Right Honda Finance met us with negative attitude, dishonesty, and misinformation when we were making such an important family purchase.
Sales experience was great! Then comes the finance dept. for paperwork and the beginning of the dishonest experience LIES after LIES!
ANDREW BARNES met us with a rude demeanor; and was acting as if he was rushing to get us out of there not allowing us to carefully look at the numbers and understand what we are paying for. Anytime we wanted to look at the price breakdown he was rushing us and hindering us from looking at the cost. He shoved the three-thousand-dollar Honda Care Maintenance and Warranty Package down our throat by LYING! This is the START of a series of lies and horrible customer service.
LIE 1: The first lie he told was that Honda will not cover the diagnostic fee within the three-year warranty of a vehicle. Upon showing some dissatisfaction, he then told us the diagnostic fee will be reimbursed if a manufacturing error is found BUT we must pay the fee upfront! If we had not pressed Andrew for more clarification, we would have been fed wrong information about the process of paying diagnostic fees. The next day, we called the service department and confirmed that Honda does not charge up front diagnostic fees for possible manufacturing defects within 36 thousand miles.
LIE 2: Next, he was successful in selling us a 995-dollar maintenance package without disclosing that 2 year/24,000 miles maintenance is complimentary with our vehicle (Honda Service Pass), which we had discovered after returning home. Had we known this sooner, we never would have paid $995 for a technically one-year maintenance package.
Learning about all the falsifications, we decided to return the warranty/maintenance package as soon the next day of purchase. Called Right Honda and someone from finance dept asked to visit the dealership to cancel the package. Another 40-mile one way drive to the dealership, on one of the hottest days this summer! We met Tate from Right Honda Finance who confirmed we must sign the papers and took us to his office to cancel the warranty/care package. After pulling up our records we were then met with Andrew again, who tells us we didn’t need to drive here. We were shocked and upset! Two people from Right Honda have already confirmed that he must sign and submit papers in person. Instead of apologizing and showing the slightest bit of empathy, he shrugs his shoulder!! NO REMORSE and NO APOLOGY; instead, sheer attitude on the face. For two days in a row, we felt we were racially discriminated – not by all but by one person in Finance – ANDREW BARNES
We all deserve better!! Find a dealership that are true and transparent transparency during finance process and RESPECT you! If you are thinking about buying a car from a dealership that values honesty and ease, stray away from Right Honda.

Great experience at service department, had CRV serviced and safety recall taken care of, everything as promised when it was promised and at the promised price. Steven Russo was service advisor, he was great.
