    Impossible to get ahold of. Will not return calls. Definitely not a good neighbor, state farm is not there..

    Was a "customer" for 3 years. He never reached out to me once. Has a woman who works for him who is impossible to get a hold of and hardly knows how to use a computer. Expect response times +48 hours, if at all. Moved my business to a new agent.
