I had a bit of a problem finding him as it was tucked away in a large building along with other businesses. We took the elevator upstairs to a suite and was greeted promptly by a sweet lady with a smile and allowed to pass through a secured entry. We felt a little out of place and we were hoping that we could sell our gems. Ralph seamed a little annoyed but he took the time to see what we had. He was to the point and gave us the information we needed. His display case had the most beautiful and brilliant stones I have ever seen and it told me that his knowledge and experience was precisely that of a true gemologist. Hey we didn’t make any money but now we know what we do have and can take the knowledge and fairly and honestly sell for what is realistic to the market, Happy Holidays Ralph
