Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Do not go here. I have an F150. I've had my oil changed here twice. Both times they shorted it 1 quart. This time I asked for them to verify how many quarts they put in. The receipt showed 7, it requires 8. They verified with the tech they put in 8 quarts. I checked and it's a quart low.I will never do business with Chapman again. If they cannot figure out how much oil to put in your vehicle, it's not going to last long. Unacceptable!

Sorry you have to read this, but I hope you get it! Came in for my “the works” oil change. Service with a smile! Miguel and Anna were so professional and full of the service attitude! Thank you! Now for the fun part- As I sat in the waiting area, I thought “I would only drink coffee from that machine if an employee does it first”. Right after I thought that an employee walked over and started cleaning the unit! She restored my faith in the coffee machine! Lol These folks are great?Service: Oil change

My Unscheduled Battery Replacement was fast even with a fully booked calendar! The techs went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was given the attention it needed while in the bay. Great Quality Service!

Not sure about the negative reviews on here but this is my experience. I've been going here for three years now and never had anything other than great service. I tend to walk in at 7am opening and they've always fit me in fairly quickly. I've always felt comfortable, never intimidated, the staff are friendly, and never had them try to oversell any work. Im very picky about who touches/works on my Stang and I'm very happy with this group.

The car inspection is grt. The mechanics did a through inspection and they provide good coffee.
