Great experience. Took my (almost) six year old with me on a Sunday. Busy but not crowded. The service was solid and food was good as well. I would definitely go back and will recommend to others.

We had a family get together on New Years Eve & had the best time. Leah & the catering team did a fantastic job with the food, service and fun! I always assumed this was for adults only. But it's family friendly until 8pm. The food was delicious & the cocktails looked tasty. There was an issue with the Prickly pear margaritas not being ready so I missed out on that but it just gives me another reason to return. If you haven't been give it a try it's a fun especially with a large group of people.

A really fun experience worth trying! It is a little bit on the pricier side but all of the drinks and food are tasty. On top of that the mini golf is fun. I wish there was a way to stop some of the mini golf stops from getting held up, but the waits weren’t too long.

Our first time here and it has a nice vibe. It was packed for a Monday but being that it was a holiday that was expected. What wasn't expected was how short staff they were at the bar. Management definitely dropped the ball there. Thank goodness we had an amazing bartender Molly, who despite having a constant line never loss her smile. She was engaging and super nice and although running the bar and server orders she made my experience feel personable. She is part of the rare ones that you find in hospitality service that make your experience enjoyable and worth coming back. The buffalo chicken dip was good and came out hot! The 5 star rating is a huge part of the service we received.

Ok, this place was nothing like i expected. We went here for a corporate outing, and I was thinking of some group-think, corporate team-building event. Well, it was that, but the event was really impressive. First, the food was certainly above average and not your run-of-the-mill steamer pan cafeteria institutional food. Everything was fresh and well-made.The fun part was the mini-golf. this is not your parent's golf. It is quite challenging to determine risk/reward options. It's not exactly cheap, but you do get what you pay for. we all had a great time. if they had one of these locally, I'd hit it up.

Got an extra star this time. We got lucky and there was a holiday party going on, so our course was empty at 5pm. The holes are fun, it just goes so quick. Took about 15 minutes to get through the whole thing. Beers on tap were good. The Sonoran flatbread was quite tasty, but only not sharable unless you are not that hungry as it is not that big. Service was friendly. I may come back, but not sure at this point.Do not understand the bathroom situation. This place is pretty big and the capacity must be a high number. Why 1 urinal and stall. Waiting even on a very slow night...can't imagine a busy night.

Came in just for some golf with my family. We unfortunately didn't have time to dine.I appreciate the ability to take drinks around the course and there are areas to set your drinks down when it's your turn. The course we played was fun, active, colorful and inventive. I really enjoy how the electronic score system works and controls the flow of the game.I only had two slight issues. The front staff at the desk didn't really greet us, it was more of a "what are you here for?" and when we said golf they sort of just pointed us to the reservation kiosks. The other is I think the course is a bit overpriced at currently $14 for an adult for 9 holes. That's just my opinion on it but I'm still glad we went and the price was not large enough that it detracts from the fun we did have.

Went here with my GF and her kids. The putt putt golf is really cool, only 9 holes though. The theme are really cool for each hole and the holes and balls are electronic so it tracks your scores. They also have a restaurant here and the food is really good. Basically modern upscale American burger joint food. We ordered poutine, Buffalo chicken dip, and bao buns with pork as shareable. They were all really good. Pictured is the poutine.... even my French Canadian friend was impressed. We then ordered burgers and the hot chicken sandwich. The burgers were perfectly seasoned and well cooked. I got it medium and her son got it medium well. We both also got the garlic fries which were also very good. The hot fried chicken sandwich was amazing. The breading was well seasoned and the typing were well paired with the chicken and marinade.I'll definitely be returning. It was a lot of fun the food was good and drinks weren't completely overpriced.

This is a great idea with horrible execution at this location. Overall a fun game, but seriously, the overcrowding is an issue. Some courses run long lines while others have no line at all. Since they schedule who goes to what course, seems like an easily fixable problem by training employees better or getting a better software. First the good:- it was a unique experience and a fun course- the super shot thing that basically gives automatic hole in ones is a fun update to the typical mini golf Now the bad: - first of all, it was SO hot. It was chilly outside but playing the course we were sweating- they WAY overbook. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation. We had to wait till our scheduled time. No problem, or so we thought... at the scheduled time, we went to our assigned course where there was a large line (even though the two downstairs courses had NO line) and we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time in a line that moved almost not at all. - During the wait in the long line after our reservation time, they moved the group behind us to the course downstairs because there was no line. This was frustrating of course because they were BEHIND US. - The overcrowding causes people to be really pushy. - The price is a high for only 9 holes/maybe 30 minutes.

We're in town visiting and went to Puttshack for a little date night out and we had a blast! We didn't make reservations ahead of time but we were able to make a reservation on the tablets they have there and we started playing about 15 minutes later. The course and play was so different than any other putt putt we've seen before, which made it really unique and fun! The balls have microchips in them so it keeps track of your score for you and it knows who is putting. For the price, we do wish we could have played more than one course or it was a little longer since it only took us about 20 minutes to get through one course. We also friend the Korean BBQ Bao Buns and the Mediterranean Lamb Skewers and both were delicious and perfect small plates for us.Overall, we had a really good experience and we would definitely come back again!

Had a great experience at Puttshack on Saturday! Booking online is super easy, so is registering all the players. When we got there, our group wasn't listed on the screen, but it was a really easy fix. The staff members we interacted with were all friendly. We had a group of six playing 9 holes. They direct you to the course that you're doing - all of them are different, so you can come back to try a different one! We all had fun trying to get the highest score (unlike in regular golf lol) with the super tubes! They need to figure out a better way to order/get drinks while you're playing because it took awhile to get them. Otherwise, this was super fun and reasonably priced! I can see it getting really crowded in the evenings, as there isn't a lot of space to really hang around between holes. We went in in the early afternoon on a Saturday and it was great!

Puttshack has an interesting concept, you have to register, schedule and pay up front for Mini Golf and dinner reservations through their app. This is great for large groups, but I wouldn't recommend for couple dates. The mini golf is set up for groups as well, you go through a mini golf course 1-9 and have to take turns with strangers. We also didn't know that you could go out of order from courses 1-8 so that you have less of a wait time. The Service was great! The staff were courteous and friendly! the setup is organized however there is a learning curve!

Marcus the bartender was wonderful. He helped us celebrate our engagement in the best way without even informing him we had a special event. Our hosts and people who checked us into our courses (Amber & emerald) were also wonderful. Super fun experience as experienced golfers. Can’t wait to visit the Chicago location
