I was originally going to use another company because their website was supposed to have more functionality, but LetterStream's support and quick responses made it so much easier that I ended up using them instead. And ironically, LetterStream was so quick to help that I ended up doing all of my mail jobs before the other company finally responded back!

I ended up having to wait 48 hours to return the product due to an Amazon issue, and Scott then picked up the 70lb package and brought it back to my car himself.
