This review is for their location on Lincoln - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a shirt off the sale rack only to find there was a hole in it. Came back seeking store credit and was told that is not their store policy. They don't do store credit or refunds - period. This was only $21. I also spent $60 on one pair of shorts while I was there last time. I would have come back and shopped often in the future - which is the whole point of keeping good customers by doing the right thing. That is how you lose customers and tarnish your reputation. You sell $21 garbage and then tell someone to get lost when they would like you to make it right. This is bad customer service 101. Don't shop here, don't shop here, don't shop here! Plenty of other places with good customer service that you could give your business to.

Wouldn't let me try on an item that was on the rack outside because it was on sale also the brand of clothes they sell I've seen at XI at desert ridge for half the price. You're welcome

Located next to Pei Wei. Cute store with current clothing. Sale in the front added bonus. Friendly and helpful masked staff. No purchases today but fun looking!

I love shopping at Pretty Please! If you're like me, boutiques can be cluttered and not organized - BUT Pretty Please organizes everything by color! Make it so easy to find what your looking for! They offer lots of different styles, and I always get compliments when I have something on from Pretty Please!

Pretty Please is such a cute little boutique in our small town! I have worked with the company for the last 7 years, and love that our customers have turned into family! We strongly focus on our customer service and make sure everyone leaves with smiles and an outfit they love and feel confident in! Love this quaint boutique! I actually visited the other location, and they found what I was looking for at this location! The sales person had my leggings waiting for me & was very friendly. Also loved my YELP 10% off!

Walked in to briefly look into the store to find ourselves being helped by the fabulous Laura who not only picked out wonderful outfits for us but had amazing customer service! Walked out with adorable clothes!

I love this Boutique, it's definitely one of the best in the Cave Creek/Carefree area. They have lots of cute clothes and jewelry and the merchandise changes fairly frequently; it's a great place to get gifts for my girlfriends and nieces. If I ever feel like getting something new but don't want to do major shopping or driving this is the place I head to. The prices are really good too, you can find things from like $30 to $70 and up. I am bummed that they scaled back their jeans selection but they do have a few brands still.

We went here on a Friday and were very impressed by all of the options! They have everything color coordinated, the staff is super friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced for boutique. They have plenty of parking since it's in a strip center.
