This place is basically a gun supply shop you can tell as soon as you walk in. I went in for a passport photo online the price says $16.99 but I paid 39.52 and could not get a digital copy which is required for my online passport application upload. The pictures will stay in my drawer forever doing nothing I will have to go to another passport photo place where I can get a digital copy of the photo. What a waste of time and money this place was.

Michael was very accommodating and helpful when he helped me with my fingerprinting needs. The process was efficient and straightforward and Michael was a joy to work with. I needed to get my fingerprint clearance card for the new massage licensing requirements. My coworker recommended this place after she recently got her's done here. I'm so glad I came here! The process was quick and seamless! Micheal is very detailed oriented and saw that my application I had printed off at home didn't have an application number on it. He had a form there so I was able to fix it. He gave me all the tracking information so that I can have peace of mind that this was done right!

Being new to eBay's newest updated rules and shipping specs I came here, by recommendation, to send out 2 packages with prepaid eBay USPS labels. I met Mike and he was awesome, friendly and explained exactly what I needed to know about UPS and USPS shipping for eBay. The store is very organized and they have SO many items and services. They are in a very convenient and perfect location in the shopping center by Target on Frank Lloyd Wright East of 101. Along with great customer service Mike also was a pleasure to speak with, with wonderful stories explaining many of the items he has on display in the store...Thanks Mike, I'll be back many more times!!!

Michael was so helpful and efficient! Just had my first set of prints done and was grateful he knew what he was doing and they were accepted for my background check. I have to get another set done and will definitely be returning here!
