Great Service!! I’m so glad I found Postalmax today when I needed to overnight a fed ex package for morning delivery. Best part - it costs me less to send it from this store then using my own account! I don’t know how they do it but illl definitely be back!

Anything but friendly. Poor customer service and such a sour disposition. Lack of customer service. Too many other places that offer better service.

Best pack and ship place in the business. Not only high quality service, but best rates with multiple shipping options. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Also note: there was an ownership change recently and this is with regard to current owner operator. Can't speak to previous ownership.

Just had a wonderful experience at PostalMax. The owner was so friendly and helpful; really went above and beyond to help me get the best rate for an overseas package. Great value and nice locally-owned family business.

Sometimes I think that the small local businesses that you use everyday are taken a bit for granted. I realized the other day when I stopped by this shipping store, that I truly appreciate their friendly efficient service. When I was leaving the place the other day, another customer was coming in, and he said to me, " aren't these guys wonderful?! " And they are. Whether it is a UPS package or FedEx or USPS service that you need, they can take care of you.

This business is under new management and customer service is now amazing. They offer Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL and have added gifts and they can print banners, business cards, signs, etc. If you haven't visited this shipping store in the last few months, check it out!

Do NOT GO HERE. i dropped off a package as they are an approved DHL company. They did not send it out. I called and asked why and they said documentation wasn’t all there and DHL refused the package. Totally fine. My fault, i asked why they wouldn’t contact me and he said my info wasn’t on the package.I went to pick up my package and my business name is on the package as well as my phone number. He started yelling at me notifying me that i did not give him business as it was a free drop off. TRUE, for the instance but not true on the regular. I will never go back and i hope you all save yourselves the hassle. Because i went there for convenience but truthfully every time i have gone they have been less than helpful and super grumpy. Not ideal in a customer service industry. Post net off Thompson Peak and Hayden has been wonderful and i will be giving them my future business.

So Robert A., owner of this particular shop feels that it's appropriate to "apologize" for my review. First of all, there's a reason several of his reviews have been removed for violating Yelp terms. Second of all, thanks for providing an example of the rudeness that was my basis for the original review back in 2017. Yes, he sure did leave an unprofessional and frankly inappropriate reply to a review a few days ago, to a review made back in 2017. Haven't been back to this business since my review, and sure glad I made that decision now. Clearly the attitude has not changed.

BEWARE! Do not ship anything important with this company. My sister-in-law shipped to me my mother's 100 year old birth certificate (she died when I was 15) and letters from her and my grandmother that were just recently discovered. They "LOST" them. These items cannot be replaced. I am devastated. These people are irresponsible and could care less. I have never seen my mother's birth certificate and have never read those letters. One was a letter from my mother to her sister written from the hospital the day after I was born. I'll never be able to read that letter. DO NOT SHIOP WITH THESE PEOPLE if what you are shipping means anything to you.

We have been going to Postal Max for years, can say enough good things about them. Knowledgeable (especially for international shipping) and very helpful. Love the dog(s) and if you like to read they have a table for our community book swap table!! Thanks for all the help over the years.
