We were visiting the area and saw free jewelry cleaning and decided to get my rings cleaned. The immediate greeting that we received from hugo (the owner) his wife, and the staff was awesome! We ended up coming out with a purchase that I love. Came back another day and made another purchase. Their jewelry is beautiful. The honesty with them was immediate. No one can be in such a great location like them for 13 years and be doing it right. Highly recommend!!

Hugo helped out SO MUCH. He was amazing, I had gone to 5 other jewelers that were too afraid to break my ring or loose any diamonds or didn’t have proper experience/equipment for my sterling silver ring. But this place took me in RIGHT AWAY and helped me out just when I was about to be hopeless ? and now my engagement ring fits perfect and it was done over the weekend and was a super quick process!! 10/10 recommend and will be back for our anniversary’s

Was drawn to this shop because of the beautiful and very unique pieces on display. I had jewelry that I was not wearing that I wanted repurposed. I worked with Hugo, the owner and designer, to create 3 entirely new custom pieces. In talking with him, I really trusted his vision. When i picked them up, I was utterly speechless. Beautiful. Exquisite. Exceptional quality work. I could not be happier or more grateful. Pay him a visit!

Hugo is fantastic! Very caring and listens to his clients. I explained exactly what I wanted done to my ring and necklace and it was perfection. I am highly satisfied and will be a long time client. Highly recommend him and his work! Natalia is also amazing, she initially helped me out and introduced me to Hugo.

I bought jewelry for my fiance with Hugo and I have to say I have never been more impressed with the customer service and attention to detail that I was given at this shop. I appreciate the empathy and wisdom that came with this experience because I had no idea about jewelry or what anything meant. I'm not a big jewelry guy but in the future when I need anything I will definitely come back here hopefully you can help me out with some Breitling watches next time!

Hugo and his team at Platella Jewelers are the absolute BEST!! He designed the most beautiful engagement ring with my husband several years ago, and I have gone back to him twice since. He takes such pride in his work and truly goes the extra mile to make custom jewelry very personalized for every customer. Best jewelry store experience that I have had. Hugo and his staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and made my entire experience a good one. Hugo jumped in right away with me and helped to design a beautiful custom piece for my wife. It turned out perfectly! Love this jeweler! Hugo is a creative and talented jewelry designer. I went in an walked away with a beautiful ring. I also saw a diamond pendant that was so beautiful but the chain was too short. Hugo brought out a variety of chains to look at and even asked if I had a diamond I wanted to use or he could supply one. He turned a diamond that I had in the back of a drawer for 12 years into a unique version of the pendant I saw in store. Great quality and such friendly service.

I’ve been a customer of Hugo’s for almost 10 years. Started with a silver ring and has gone on to many many more pieces. His custom work is AMAZING!!!
