Great store and amazing staff, I came in from out of town and this was on my bucket list to visit an actual Pendleton retail store. The ladies in there Teresa, Joie & Natalee were all very nice and helpful and went above and beyond with my Pendleton board shirt purchase thank you very much. Will be coming back again.

One of the best stores in Old Town with REAL genuine customer service. Lisa and Joey are the sweetest and most helpful. I didn't have a receipt for return and she was able to look it up on computer. I also couldn't locate my $50 credit on email and Joey was also able find that as well. Both were so helpful when trying on clothes. They went in back to check for more sizes and if it wasn't available they said they should order online. Very very helpful and kind. I can't wait to go back.

The staff working at this store is simply amazing!! After 2 months of battling with Pendleton’s customer service via phone and email, for a problem with a sweater I ordered. Joie in the store was able to get me one in a week! She is amazing along with everyone in that store. They turned my experience with this brand from 0 to 100! They are very welcoming to all customers. Will definitely be back to shop at this location

I should leave a one star review because they took all my money, and I may never recover financially from my trip to the store, but damn am I going to look good! Seriously though the store brings the quality you'd expect from the brand and the customer service is no different. Extremely friendly and outgoing. The store also offers free shipping on orders over $100. Which as you know is not hard to do here.Now I'm just waiting for my box of quality wool to arrive and bring with it cool autumn PSL vibes.

A place to get some quality gifts for any celebration , plus they have some nice clothing, towels, and other accessories that have many great pendleton designs.
