Paulina has been very helpful with offering a fair insurance quote. Her office is always available or someone from Allstate insurance. I am a first time home buyer and her office took care of all of my insurance needs. I had zero concerns.

Paulina the Agency Owner when giving me a quote on my auto and renters, would not listen to me I said i do not want uninsured mototrist coverage she, she dismissed me and said oh you want this your son will need the monwey, i said i have good health and life insurance and i dont want ****, ignored my words kept it on ( im thinking how weird she not listening to me) j then I said on renters i want ****** on personal property, she said oh you dont need that, just go buy usesd furniture from craigs list like my this desh (in her ofc) is from craigs list, I couldnt beleive my ears i said no i want it my son and i have expensive computers , 3 movado watches furniture etc wouldnt be able to replace all that i want the coverage she did not add it when i told her to, the premium was much higher allstate charges alot for that i guess i said i not comfortable without it she took it off wouldnt add it she dismissed me did not care did not listen to my words or concern!!! gave *** bad advise and if i took the policy out i would have been very exposed!!!! i want everyone to see this so they are careful!

My agent Ms. Kalaj helped me during insurance renewal in my book that's way past Kool and she's extremely at her job. They don't make people like that anymore.

I have had Allstate insuring me for 20 years. Paulina and Angie are very knowledgeable and any issue I have have with any of my insurance needs they respond within minutes of every and any request. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

One of the greatest things about Paulina and her crew is they always know who I am. They answer the phone, I say this is Misty and they ask how I'm doing. No matter the issue I am having, the change in my service, or the silly questions I may have, they are always available, weekends and nights, and always very helpful. I would and do recommend this group to anyone even thinking about moving their insurance!! TOP NOTCH PEOPLE!!!
