Went in for a quick buy and the cashier was super nice and made an experience that would have otherwise been mundane, actually very pleasant. We are in town just for a few hours and asked for recommendations and he pointed us towards Old Town and the restaurants there. His name is Harrison and he was super sweet and helped us have a better experience visiting Scottsdale. Thank you, Harrison!

Clothing looked cute, but poor customer service. When I went to find a store employee to unlock a fitting room, she was sitting there taking selfies on her phone. She took me to a fitting room that had clothes strewn around in it and said, “here you go, you can use this one.” Not sure if things have changed but in other stores I’ve gone to, store employees make sure there are no clothes just lying in a fitting room, especially if there about to put another person in it. Not to mention the floors were filthy in the fitting room (yes it’s concrete so it isn’t just the color floor). Overall not impressed.

Just had a terrible experience at PAC Sun. Wanted to purchase a sweatshirt that was completely underneath a “$19 selected sweatshirt and sweater” sign. Went to the cashier charged and was charged full price. When attempting to explain my concerns with the sweatshirt being stacked right underneath the sign, I was immediately talked over. I continued to express my concerns with the placement of the item I was not listened to. Don’t put products that don’t apply to the sale right underneath the sign! And then don’t be rude when a customer expresses their concern! Be better!

one employee is very unnecessarily rude, short brunette who happened to be working the dressing room today. such a bad look to the company. it doesn't take one cent to be kind to someone:)

Went shopping with my granddaughter and everything went well. The staff on the floor were very friendly and helpful. When we went to check out the woman running the cash register obviously did not want to be there. She took the items shoving the in the bag. One item did have a tag and she told my granddaughter to go get another one instead of doing it herself. She didn't smile or greet us at all during the transaction and just pushed the bag across the counter without a thank you. When we were leaving i asked one of the sales ladies who the manager was and she pointed to the young lady that checked us out at the register .with her attitude I'm surprised she has a staff, especially one so friendly.

I bought my things on December 3rd and it's now the 12th. It's past the 7 day shipping and I checked the location and they are just sitting there doing nothing. I contacted customer support and they never answered my question as to why the package is just sitting there.
