I used to be happy with Best Buy, but they have now converted their appliance sales operation to "Pacific Sales" and made it impossible to directly reach the sales support staff. We made the error of going to the store and purchasing a refrigerator, but after sale support was only through a "Central" location. There was no way to contact anyone in the store, so when my appliance was delayed by one month, I was unable to talk to anyone who could help me.I do not in any way recommend this store! Beware!

This store had a great selection of luxury appliances. I ended up with a Thermador kitchen thanks to my awesome consultant. Great sales people and installation team!

The customer service ends once you sign on the dotted line. They don't appear to care to even answer the phone or call people back. They pass the buck on who is responsible to do what. I have been trying for numerous WEEKS just to have someone come and correctly install my oven door. I was expecting the people to arrive today (that is what I was told). Nobody has called to confirm or to say they were not coming. After calling the store, waiting 4 minutes for someone to even answer the phone, speaking to someone to inquire, being told he would call me right back, still no word. I waited an hour and a half, called back 3 times, finally got someone to answer the phone again and the person I spoke with this morning is gone. So basically, nobody can tell me when or even if someone is coming to fix this issue. I have spent a LOT of money with these people, they simply do not care. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could rate them less than one star I would. Advice: go elsewhere, the appliances are price protected from the manufacturer (Viking is anyway).
