Product. I have always experienced great and enthusiastic service. O’Reilly Auto Parts stores are always customer friendly.

It was my go to place … I showed up tonight after I found what I needed on their website, there was an O’Reilly guy in the parking lot helping someone, inside the store was dead so I started walking the aisles looking for what I needed, a tiny bottle of leak detector. I assumed the guy in the parking lot was alone. Fifteen minutes into my nomadic wandering, the phone rings and I hear someone answer it. I wish I wandered with a little more volume. No matter, I can wait. After another five minutes I hear the guy crank out a huge yawn - he’s just chatting it up. So I leave. When I get in my car I see that Mr Exhausted came up to the front so I go back in - I know exactly what I want I just don’t know where it is - so I tell the guy that I’ve been waiting and he snaps he’s on the phone with a customer. Sorry Bud you’ve been on the phone for the last 8 minutes. You were napping before that. I told him his competitor is literally across the street - both streets and he gives me a sarcastic “Bye bye.”
I don’t mind waiting, I don’t need special treatment, but I don’t need that garbage. So, O’Reilly’s, in the words on your Friday night representative, bye bye!
Napa had the same product, their guy was waiting at the counter, and he knew exactly where it was, I was in and out in less than a minutes.

The parts I purchased did not include the hardware, bolts and wing nuts, necessary to install the part. When I made a separate trip to get the missing hardware they tried to sell it to me when I felt it should have been included. If I use O'Reilly in the future I will research the part to ensure all necessary hardware is included for the installation. I am very disappointed that O'Reilly would rather lose a customers business rather than provide the missing hardware. They are no longer a vendor I have confidence in.

Went to Advanced Auto parts first and they wouldn't change the batteries in my key fobs so I went to O'Reilly and they did it.

My battery died today, and my husband was unavailable to come with me to replace the battery. The young man at O’Reilly was very informative, helpful, and replaced my battery in no time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
