I left frustrated for the terrible customer service I just received. First thought was all I could do is leave a bad review. I then thought maybe not….until I pulled up the reviews and saw this is common at this location. The parts guy basically told me how I was incompetent after purchasing a part that didn’t fit right on my car. He was very condescending and rude. His name started with a J. Terrible customer service from this guy. Not sure where it came from. I felt like I handled the situation pretty well though. Haha you gotta have thick skin dealing with these guys.

My engine had problems "turning over".... visited O'Reilly on south Svottsdale Rd. Worker tested my battery > was BAD. He recommended 3 styles & he installed MY selection in 10 minutes! WOW ! Nice employee with good talking skills !

Horrible customer service. Not enough words to explain how rude and disrespectful the “parts employee” was. No need to treat people like that. I asked the gentleman who worked there if he could help me. Rudely his response was WITH WHAT!!! excuse me but don’t you work here to help people. Honestly this person deserves to be fired. I felt bad for his co worker who was speechless after witnessing how rude he was.

Great service! They even offered to assist me with using a can of tire sealer in the dark parking lot, shining a light while attaching it to the tire valve stem.

So I came in here instead of the auto parts store by the house that I usually go to and after this employee helped out and didn't try to upsell me to dig deeper in my pockets and to top it off gave my son a toy car.. now this is customer service Americans had mostly forgotten about

Unable to correctly provide the correct part - even something as simple as a wiper blade. Then manager acts all huffy and bothered when he has to take the part back and refund purchase. Don't use this location.
