We had the most enjoyable experience! I was searching for a 25th wedding anniversary gift for Husband. Victor helped us find the perfect watch to compliment Husband's t shirt, shorts ,and flip flop wardrobe/lifestyle! Husband is thrilled! Victor provided excellent service and he is very funny...so knowledgeable about all things watches and more...he is the watch guru!

Wife’s Omega Constellation lost a watchband pin and screw. Usual local watch repair said very difficult to get the parts, wanted $600 to repair. We took the time to find Omega Boutique on Omega Watches website. Had a hell of a time finding the store in Fashion Square despite the store locator at the entrance and numerous attempts with Google Maps. Finally found the store, it took the repairman 10 minutes and it was fixed. Apparently under warranty and cost nothing. Now we know how to find the place and will both take our Omega watches there!

I wanted to share the unique experience I had with Cole and the Omega boutique in Scottsdale. I've been an Omega client since 1998. Cole delivered the very best experience and is truly a watch aficionado. The collection of the 60th anniversary 007 was truly memorable. Many thanks to Cole and Jared for making this happen. Cheers ?

The watch - my husband is incredibly happy with what he picked. It’s exactly what he’s wanted and he now has an incredible watch in his collection. It comes inside a well crafted box that includes a travel box inside. You also receive a manual similar to the thickness of a vehicle manual. I think we will now receive a quarterly booklet from Omega via mail.
Both gentlemen working (Trent and another man, I did not catch his name) were accommodating, answered questions, provided us with drinks and took great care in the specific watch we picked. Literal white glove service.
We are so excited to be apart of the Omega family and hope to attend a future event!
Highly recommend Omega and specifically this location if you are on the hunt for a luxury watch. We are really pleased we went with this brand vs the other options in this area of the mall.

My wife and I came in to the Boutique on Friday afternoon just to browse to look at latest Omega watch collections. We were welcomed in by Jared and Victor who both had extensive knowledge of the brand. What a fun watch experience! Both Jared and Victor made us feel like friends! Looking forward to purchasing a watch in the future.

Recently went into Omega boutique in Scottsdale to add a link onto my Seamaster watch. Jared was able to find a half-link available in store while Victor installed it. The link was reasonably priced. The store atmosphere was very welcoming and they treated me like family. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again- very professional service!

I was undecided today as to which watch I was going to purchase for my husband's birthday. I went to Scottsdale Fashion Square and visited numerous watch stores. Omega was the first store I visited and set the bar very high; it was also the last store I visited. I chose an amazing Omega watch. Omega manufactures impressive and top of the line watches. But I have to point out the sales experience at Omega was top notch! Victor was so knowledgeable and took his time explaining the differences and answering all of my questions. He and Jerry, the Sales Mgr, made the entire experience fabulous and fun! Go visit them if you are looking for a new watch. Awesome watch quality and experience!

This Omega boutique store is AMAZING! Jared is so knowledgeable and genuine in his understanding of the brand and everything you are looking for. His attention to detail was perfection! As we were discussing our watch, he even took the time to help our friends work with another person in the store, so they could purchase. Amazing experience as a whole! Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Must stop on your visit to Scottsdale!!!!

I came in on Friday, 2/9/24, to the Omega boutique. I was genuinely greeted by Cole. He presented himself in what I call the 3 P's in business: poise, polish, and professionalism. He was most knowledgeable in how to set the three sub-dials on my Omega Moonswatch - Pluto. Cole made my day! Thank you, Cole!

I needed an additional link for my Speedmaster that I had purchased from another authorized dealer and went to the Omega Boutique in Scottsdale to order it. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't purchased the watch there. Not only was the price excellent but the service was among the best I've experienced from any business. The link came very quickly and it was installed it for me in just a couple of minutes. Victor was very friendly and helpful, and was happy to show me some additional pieces and offer some tips on future care of my watch. Excellent all around and I will definitely do business with them again.
