Great customer experience. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band online and it was going to be very expensive to ship them across the states to get them soldered. I went to several jewelers and no one would help me since I didn’t get my ring through them, but Oliver Smith didn’t mind at all. They got me a quote and took my ring in for repair within 15 minutes (much cheaper than I would’ve had to pay online) and told me it would be a two week turnaround which I was expecting. I got a text in less than 24 hours that my rings were ready for pickup! When I picked them up the next day I couldn’t believe they were mine with how pretty and polished they were. I can’t even see the soldering. I can’t speak to anything else about their shop, but if their customer service and flawless repair quality indicates anything, I would definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs! Thank you for all the help!

Will Chilton, George Reid and owner Oliver Smith himself were on board and very helpful as we navigated our successful and pleasant shopping experience. They earned our trust and our endorsement.

I brought in a vintage charm bracelet and numerous charms to attach. Oliver Smith did a beautiful job on attaching them and balancing the charms to look their best when worn. They also did it on a rush basis and had it to me when promised. I was delighted with the result and would recommend Oliver Smith. A+++

My fiancé worked with Corinne to create me the most incredible engagement ring! I can’t speak highly enough of how much he enjoyed the process working with her and the quality of the diamonds and setting we received.I’m obviously thrilled and blown away by it! I went to Oliver Smith for wedding rings. I don't know much about find jewelry, so I was unsure if I was making the right decisions for what I wanted. Bill helped me through the entire process. He was so kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reassuring. I love my rings. The store is beautiful with lovely jewelry and watches. The employees are kind and professional. I would recommend anyone to shop at Oliver Smith Jeweler.

The customer service at Oliver Smith Jewelers is outstanding. Yesterday I brought in a pair of earrings that needed repair. These earrings were not purchased at Oliver Smith. I was greeted warmly by Ryan Belton, a very nice sales associate. He introduced me to Rodney, the repair expert, and Rodney offered to have the earrings repaired that day, could I wait 40 minutes? I was amazed that he was able to offer such timely service and shocked when upon my returning to get the earrings that there was no charge. The jewelry at Oliver Smith is spectacular! Let me tell y’all something, Steve got me together REAL quick! I called to get my rings reshaped after I smushed them by accident and they did it in 10 minutes free of charge! Everyone was so kind and professional, absolutely recommend. And a special shout out to the jeweler Steve who helped out so quickly. :)

Excellent Service, lovely store. Bill was so kind in meeting my needs. I walked in to have a minor piece fixed, walked out with it fixed and bought a new watch! Patient and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!
