Was at this store in February while on vacation and bought a pattern. Staff were friendly. When I got home and prepared to work on the project, the pattern cover and the pattern inside are not the same. Contacted the store twice by email and have had no response, very disappointing. Ensure if you shop here look at the pattern before leaving the store.you look at the pattern carefully.**Update...upon the store receiving this review I was contacted by Janice, and she was very apologetic and helpful. She discovered other patterns by the same designer we incorrect as well. Janice sent me the correct pattern by mail. Thank you so much, great service.

This shop has been around for years and years with an improved selection of canvasses and patterns. They are always willing to help you out with advice, ordering, or just plain customer service.

They have a wonderful selection and truly anything you could think of. Every time my Grandmas visits we go here. The staff is lovely.

The team was very helpful. I am new to needlepointing and they helped me find what I needed to get started, shared class and instructor information and threw in a few tips.Beautiful threads and so plentiful! The hand painted canvases were beautiful and not over priced. They said they worked with multiple finishers based on the project.They had books, projects and supplies for cross stitching, needlepoint and embroidery.I live an hour away, but will drive to see them again.

Be aware! Call this store before you make the trip to them. I have driven over 30 minutes to find the store closed previously and months later they still have incorrect hours posted and seem to have no interest in updating them.

The best needlepoint store in the valley. The ladies who work here are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The store has great assortment of canvases and threads for needlepoint and cross stitch.

I made a special trip to this shop and arrived at 5:00pm on a Tuesday. The shop was closed. If you advertise being open until 5:30 you would think maybe it would be good for business to adhere to those hours. Too bad for them, I will spend my $$ elsewhere.
