They went above and beyond for us, were timely with all responses and worked with the time difference as we bought from the other side of the country! I “worked” with Denice, David E and Mayra. NOVA was recommended to us by our horrendous agent, Eugene Salsberry. That should have been our first red flag… David’s email tells you to contact him with any questions but your email and vm is left without response. Same happened with Mayra. When I messaged Denice, I would have to tell the agent to ask her to reply to me. When I did advise Denice I was disappointed with the lack of communication, she told me things go quiet sometimes even if you email them with a question. The title agency emailed Elaine C and Denice on 4/18 and when he didn’t get a response, emailed again on 4/21 without a response. He advised us that he sent separate and multiple emails asking us to be listed on the loan as “single” instead of “not married” as well as to update the home address to reflect”St” and not “Ave”. When it came time to sign the paperwork, EVERYTHING was delayed and went up in fire because they didn’t make the updates and paperwork had to be redone. Adrian, Denice’s boss called us and listened to our grievance stating he would get back to us in 48 hours. It’s been a week and a half and we have yet to be contacted. I spoke with a colleague about my horrible experience and he told me he had a bad experience with this company too. Anyone looking to work with this company- buyer beware.

Buying a home is an incredibly stressful process. We ran into a few issues with the house and seller, including a closing date that was bumped up 4 days. Kurt and Nova were able to make everything happen in the new timeline required. We were even able to sign 3 days before closing. I'm a Bank of America Employee so qualify for a discount, but would use Kurt again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I were trying to refinance our manufactured home and land loan at the same time. We were probably trying with different lenders close to a year but everyone we came across said it couldn't be done. We finally came a cross Kurt and his team and Kurt explained everything and how this can be done. One month and a half later funds for the loan were being released and we were able to refinance. Kurt and his team were very honest and transparent on everything. Great job to Kurt and his team, definitely recommending them to friends and family!

Kurt and his team are fantastic. He always answers his phone, even on weekends and vacation. He is knowledgeable, proactive and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. I know I can trust him and his team when it comes to clients I refer and making sure they get the deal done!
