Jackson was such a help in selecting a ring for my husband! He actually went to another store to pick up his size the following morning. Above and beyond any expectations we had! The products are so high quality as was the customer service. We hoped to buy him a gelato to say thank you, but hopefully this review will be even better! Thank you!

I have been a customer since 2015 I think when I put my first ring on layaway. Since then I’ve purchased another ring. Today was absolutely the best experience I had ever had. The store at Scottsdale was amazing the staff was great. Nick was the best. From the moment I stepped foot inside he was friendly, helpful and patient as I drooled over all the amazing jewelry. We had several requests and needs. He handled it all . And now my wife is a client after ordering her first ring. Nick and the crew made it feel like we were family and no request was too much. You have a customer for life. I will be buying a ton from you going forward. Thank you Nick. I highly recommend meeting him and making your purchase with him.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I live in Virginia and was ordering a jawbone pendant and Nick reached out to me over the phone vise email to make the process more personal. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and then some. I have a few pieces from them from their hawaii store and had amazing service from there as well. You can tell they take each customer seriously to ensure they get exactly what you are looking for. Love the jewelry itself and the customer care keeps me coming back for sure. I highly recommend anyone even thinking about getting something from them to reach out over phone or in person you will not regret it.

I visited this store for the 2nd time on 4-19-23 and had the most top notch, red carpet service I've ever experienced. Jennica and the other 2 gentlemen working all gave us their full attention. They were all knowledgeable in all the pieces. They each wanted to make sure we walked away with the perfect piece of art. Great job you guys and Thank You for the time you spent with us. Will be back for more!

Im a long time customer of NRJ. Fell in love with their stuff years ago and have many pieces. Always a great experience. I took my sister, that's visiting from out of town, in there today so she could add to her collection. I've never had a better experience. They treated us like royalty. This is the customer service/interaction that makes a difference! Great job Night Rider!

This is the EASIEST 5star review our family has ever written! We've been patronizing NightRider for the past few years, and we couldn't be more pleased with the unique designs, quality control, and the IMPECCABLE Customer Service that NightRider always provides. This is where we spend our hard earned money, and wherever we go we're always stopped to ask about our OUTSTANDING, EYE CATCHING Jewelry! These substantial pieces are meant to be handed down as Heirlooms to future generations, and are NOT to be confused with mass produced, costume jewelry. We save up our money all year, and travel to Scottsdale to add another heirloom piece to our family's collection. NightRider's shop is so beautifully kept, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and all of their staff is incredibly congenial and knowledgeable about every piece that they've designed. Isaiah in particular is one of their fantastic Customer Care Representatives in their Scottsdale showroom who has taken amazingly special care of our family.. It doesn't matter if you're interested in buying 1 piece of jewelry or a whole collection, he'll take care of you like you're about to purchase the entire store! He communicates how valued you are as a customer and follows through to assure that you're pleased with your purchase. You can't go wrong with anyone in the store, but we ask for him before we arrive, because he never lets us down. This guy should be leading Customer Service training! If only we had a NightRider location in Tucson!

NightRider clearly is doing something right- there were so many customers lined up for their event. Such a great atmosphere and evening. Their jewelry is untouchable in regards to artistry and craftsmanship. Clear so see why they have such a big following.

I am absolutely 100% pleased with my purchase from NightRider. Fantastic product and service. Rob took care of me and made sure that I got what I wanted. Can't say enough about him and his team but more importantly, the NightRider brand. Customer for life. Highly recommend.

Super epic jewelry store, super friendly employees. I'd recommend stopping by just to check it out, they have a little of everything in the epic department of jewelry.I stopped by with a friend because he's never been, I've been to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall location and it was memorable, this experience at this location was no different. Extremely friendly employees, they will let you hold and inspect the most epic pieces of jewelry you have ever seen. The detail is incredible.The employees make the atmosphere very inviting and you get a sense they really care. They make you feel right at home, building rapport quickly, and absolute top tier professionalism.Prices of pieces range from $250-$40k+ they have a little bit of something for everyone in a wide array of price ranges. Truly incredible craftsmanship.

By far the coolest jewelry store I've ever been in!
