This place used to be my favorite place to go for a pedicure. Really nice pedis , foot scrubs, and they would last. And her prices are good. I noticed over the last several months, the vibe has changed . Every time I go in now which isn’t often, they are chronically understaffed, the owner working a lot to compensate for missing employees (her pedicures are the best btw) , and today, they blatantly turned me away at 5:30 pm with hours until 6 pm. The looks I received were like “ please go away” . I’ve been a solid customer for years now. . I went down the street, and was immediately taken and treated well. I likely will not return . Sadly.

I called to ask some questions and make an appointment and the lady was very short and when I said I would check my calendar she immediately hung up the phone cutting me off mid sentence! Will definitely tell family and friends to avoid the place at all cost!

WELL IT HAPPENED TO ME! Called in advance to schedule an appt. on Wed, their slow day. I showed up 10 minutes early. I was told, "Oh she's busy come back in one hour or tomorrow."

I love this spot, I've been coming here for years. They do the most thorough pedicures by far and the ladies are so sweet and work so hard! Always always satisfied when I leave. :)

I used to love this place!!! I referred a lot of people to, lately it has really been a disappointment, quality as well as service is less than what I got before, I had friends go there last week with her mother and it was terrible service. They tell you they'll get to you in 10 minutes after they see you and you're already sitting there and it's 25 to 30 minutes before they get to you. This is very sad. It used to be my all-time favorite place and I live in Mesa and I moved from Scottsdale and at the beginning I would drive from Mesa to Scottsdale to go to the nail salon. That's how much I liked it. It's very sad that the quality is gone down. I like the owner quite a bit however, lately, she's been all over the placeand it seems like an uncontrollable situation in there. They got too busy too quick and they don't know how to handle the volume.

Came in for a gel full set and pedicure. Lady doing my pedicure was very nice but the lady who did my nails cut me twice and didn’t even acknowledge me bleeding just wiped it and continued. She was Super rough and once seated in an actual chair she didn’t say a single word to me. Unprofessional and poor service Won’t return

I was visiting from out of town, paid $60 plus tip which come up to be $72 what a horrible job they did, I got my nails done on Wednesday it is Saturday and my nails already chipped, I get the dip and would normally last about 3 weeks, yet it is 3 days only and they look hideous. I cant believe I paid that much for such a horrible job. I will not go back there again.

Did a walk in with a friend on Sunday as soon as they opened. There was only one person working and she already had a client. She called someone in who rushed thru our Felix pedicure. Very disappointed

I went back after 2 years and now I know why I stopped. I had SNS nails done on Saturday 7/29. I told the lady they were too thin. She said they would be fine. I broke one on Tuesday turning my electric toothbrush on. I broke another today when I picked up a box. Sad! More expensive than several other places around and normally they last at least 3 weeks not days. The tips are so thin you can see shadows through them

Very disappointing they said they could take me. I sat there for 15 minutes to get my manicure started and then when I was done, they put me in a chair but then they didn’t have a way to do me and then someone else came in and they had an appointment, and they kick me out of the chair not good business. I was visiting Scottsdale and didn’t have time to get my nails done before I left home - Nature Nails was close to our Airbnb so I decided to try it out. They were very nice and took me for a gel manicure close to closing. My nails looked good for a few days but chipped after 4 days - I’m disappointed in the quality of the job, the polish shouldn’t chip off in 4 days.
