Ann Marie was very helpful and creative in getting our closing in under 30 days. It was extremely hectic for all parties especially considering this was an out of state purchase and acquiring all the documents necessary was arduous. I wish we could have captured a lower rate, but we feel she did her best under the extreme timeline. I hope at some point we actually meet with her and thank her personally.
