I would like to give a shout out to Freddy Rojas he was calm, collective, and very professional throughout the transaction. He added in some personal conversation which was nice to have a normal conversation and not talk so much about banking. What a great guy!

Went into this branch to update accounts with my elderly cousin. Found out we needed my cousin's wife with us. We were 25 min. from his home, so Brandon Adams said 'just give me a call back ane we'll set up an appt.' Got back to my cousin's place and found a time that would work for all of us. Called Brandon back and left a message on his voice mail with my contact info etc. etc. Never heard back, so I called again and left another message. I also sent an email and no reply. So I called the general number for that branch and a woman answered and she said she would schedule an appt. for me and placed me on hold. I held for 10-12 minutes and gave up. So I got on line and tried to schedule an appt. but that system was not working or at least no appts showed avail for the next entire week. Its now two days later and nothing. Real great experience. Don't walk, run to another competitor bank!

I recently opened several accounts, I called this location to ask a fairly routine question. I was told I would get a call back. I called back later in the day and was told the same thing and no one ever called me back. Not a great way to start a relationship.

Alex Navarro at this location was completely unprofessional, very rude, and enjoys arguing with customers. Came in for a notary, and the notary/ employee signed our vehicle title at the wrong spot. She signed the lien release section. Another banker pretty Much said we were s*** out of luck. I called the MVD and they told me the bank needed to sign a correction of error on the Adot website. John Navarro did not want to sign it because he said it wasn't his fault we signed at the wrong place. I told him his employee/banker filled it out and told us to sign there. He started raising his voice and staring at me like some ghetto thug. Told us he wasn't signing anything. Told us he doesn't notarize papers that he doesn't understand and that he didn't understand the statement of error. After arguing with this uneducated notary I filled out everything correctly and he said "well I'm not notarizing it, I'm not a notary" complete liar as he forgot he told me he was a notary. Will call branch tomorrow and speak with branch manager and then escalating it to district manager. You belong in south Phoenix buddy...not Scottsdale.

I called last Friday morning to ask about the SBA loan programs. I spoke to a young male banker who was very condescending for no reason and then places me on hold for a few minutes then picks up the phone and immediately hangs up on me. Classless and unprofessional. I would never do business with a bank that treats their prospective clients like that. I called back and explained my story to a female banker who answered and she was very professional and apologetic about her rude coworker. The woman I spoke to was friendly and had customer service skills. But the damage was already done. I would not take my multi million dollar real estate portfolio here.

Came in to close an account and the experience was great. Greeted immediately and offered water. Kim Petrotto was the nicest woman I have ever come across. She was having computer problems and kept apologizing to us. Luckily we weren't in a rush. Thank you so much Kim for such a positive experience.
